      @@CoachArian haha yea bro I’ve been doing RUclips for a while now. You’ve done both of the only meets I’ve done and you’ll be doing the third in January haha. That’s what the big ass camera in the front row is always for haha

    Is it a good idea to do some dynamic stretching and then some stretch to loosen up the muscles? Or just do warm ups on the barbell?

      You have to see what works best for you. For me, it's doing some dynamic stretching and then getting under the barbell.
