Hey! Really liked this one. A video idea for you: maybe you could explain some of the points around the 50kg handicap around regionals. Some of the questions I have are
    1) Does the handicap follow you if you change weightclass? For example--win regionals at 82.5, can you compete with a 575 total at 75
    2) If someone in the open comes in fourth, but some of the people above them are juniors or masters, do they still get the handicap, or are they out of luck.
Other video ideas if you're interested: best gyms country/worldwide, best meet directors, how to study for the national referee exam. Hope you're doing well!

Thanks for the comment! I'll add it to my list and see what I can come up with.

I think the coaches who really offer that extra touch above programming will still do well. I have been using AI based apps for about a year and a half now. Juggernaut ai and now Evolve . For a person like me who wants more than a cookie cutter program and doesn’t want to pay for a coach I think these apps are great. I think these general AI programs like chat GPT are good but being able to pay $15-$30 bucks a month for and AI based app that has been set up by some of the best coaches and lifters is great for the sport. The people at the top will still want real coaches but for the general lifter this is game changing

Have you noticed any differences between Juggernaut and Evolve?

@@CoachArian For the most part they're the same. The only real difference as of now is the benchmark sets in Evolve and few features in Jugg like bar loading calculator warm up planner and rpe chats
