    I just wanna say thank you for this guide.
    Just attended my first meet and having watched the video right before I went really conservative on all openers and felt well prepared for the whole thing.
    Got 9/9 with only one red light on the first bench and PRs in all three lifts.
    Very good guide, listen to it guys!

    I competed at a local USAPL meet where I was not allowed to use wrist wraps from an unapproved brand. That was 6 years ago, but I would recommend looking up the approved manufacturers just to be safe. USAPL only allows equipment from companies that pay them a kickback.

    • @JuggernautTrainingSystems
      @JuggernautTrainingSystems  6 лет назад +2

      That was an incorrect application of the rule by them. The equipment fees are an IPF thing, not a USAPL thing.
