    I'm not even a weightlifter but this series seems that it has a lot of carryover to powerlifting. It would be cool if Mr. Smith would do one with a powerlifting focus.

      JTS's stuff has carryover to non-barbell sports as well. Not necessarily the protocols or exercises, but the basic thought processes (especially for coaching) are relevant to my sport of climbing. Love these folks. Really appreciate it.
