I wonder if you could use a red brick primer and flat wjite on the push bar, then distress the paint with hammers and crowbars till it looks just like the bumper. Every change I've made to my truck, which looks a lot like your cateye, has made me love it more. I'm sure you are feeling the same way about this simply reliable, tough, great looking rig. Like someone else commented, I've always heard them called either shells or camper shells. Toppers a little. My personal take on the tail light lenses - clear looks awesome on white or really dark or black. On colors? Not my preference. Light bar is a must!
This is why I want an older truck cur rently I have a 19 ranger and the cheapest bumper I can find is similar style to yours the 2 bars that protect the middle and its like $900 and that is the cheapest I could find.
