should have rebuilt the floorboard supports while the floor pans were out.. lazy job by welding plates over the old rotten floor on the passenger corner, no fixing the kick panel rust either... you did a good job onn the floors, but got lazy with everything else.. sorry.. i have a grand wagoneer, and a 76 j10 and ive done floors as bad as this on my Jeep J10.. but i cut all the bad stuff out and fixed it properly.. Sorry for the critisism

Put in hi flow cats and 2 carven r mufflers. Problem solved

It’s the oil pickup tube oring they eventually split causing a drop in pressure just drop the pan and change it out.

Obviously a lot of people are following manufacturers long intervals to the detriment of their engines. There are relatively few gas engine designs that can run 10-12 thousand mile oil change intervals without having their useful life shortened.

It might be the rubber brake lines. When they get old, they swell up inside, allowing you to apply the brakes but not letting the brake fluid return. That causes your brakes to drag.
