the nasm test was so easy and i'm out of highschool, dont be scared. the questions will be very easy for you, just learn the overactive/underactive. the mcq will ask for one overactive muscle and only 1 of 4 will be overactive. goodluck :)

I recommend a deep breathing exercise for 15 to 30 minutes just to relax and experience your interaction with the present moment. You'll find your antisipation about the future slowly diminish as you begin to have a personal experience with the now moments.
