- The M1 carbine (formally the United States Carbine, Caliber .30, M1) is a lightweight, easy to use, .30 caliber semi-automatic carbine that was a standard firearm for the U.S. military during World War II, the Korean War and well into the Vietnam War. The M1 carbine was produced in several variants and was widely used by not only the U.S. military, but by military, paramilitary and police forces around the world. It has also been a popular civilian firearm.

Don't try to recreate what you see in this video, as this is gameplay. This video was created using the game World of Guns:

This game is also available on Google Play, App Store, Amazon and other platforms.
Thanks. This has helped me clean and repair my grandfathers rifle from Vietnam. It may not be the greatest or most practical of my firearms, but it will always be my favorite.
Just found my dad’s. Should wood be just cleaned or is there a recommended protectant? The wood’s my only issue.
This help me clean and repair my grandpas carbine from Korea! Still shoots great
Love these videos, everything is so clean and neat. So many times I've launched the ejector spring into my face in the real world. These videos are so joyful to watch when you know the true stresses of removing a single part.never the less the m1 carbine is a underappreciated carbine
The slide And trigger spring are much harder to disassemble and reassemble
I don't know who created this video but they sure are good at what they do. Excellent graphics and presentation! Great job!
its a video game, you can assemble/disassemble every single gun in the world. its alot harder than it looks lol
At first I was thinking “oh yeah I could do this” but then all the little pieces came out lol
To be fair they don’t need to for a field strip
Love the simplicity of the video. Thank ya!!
At last a video without all the bullshit on nearly all the others.
Oh my gosh...excellent video...clean and clear...thanks.
Soy un profesional de la caza de venado y tire con estás carabina me gusta mucho se que tiene muy buena presision
Had to watch at .75x. Much easier to see the individual parts.

Sights a little difficult to take off most likely due to not being removed since the 40s. Any tips for getting these off?
The bolt carrier and the piston would be the basis for the Kalashnikov
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the magazine spring in backwards?
oh how easy it is! It is done right?
Carbine:Nope
Oh you drill more, finally done right?
Carbine:Nope
Oh cmon
trés bien trés belle vidéo, super travaille
I can't get my barrel to unscrew from the receiver ... Is there any trick?
Can anyone tell me where I can find the manufacturer name on this rifle?
The only incorrect thing in this video is you should alway remove the magazine BEFORE clearing the bolt. Important safety mistake.
Nice ☺️
Thanks 🤗
