On the first hand if you ask yourself why did they lead a spade from Qxxx don't you assume their hand looks something like Qxxx-Kxx-Qx-Axxx? In others they lead a spade because the had an honor in every other suit. From that you can guess the Diamond Ace is with the West, and the Queen of Clubs is with West as well.
