If I were to cut the butter as you did, how do you think they would taste if I added an extract I picked up recently labeled “butter cinnamon” flavor? I haven’t used it yet because I can’t decide what recipe to use it in; but, it seems that, since the extract has not only cinnamon flavor but also butter, it might work. What do you think? I am 74, but I have never been a very confident cook or baker. So your input is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

So I kept the hole black butter and reduced the regular butter to 90g, I think it will probably work with 80g too - I always do that when I can, I reduce the butter little by little and see the effect, you can cut off lots of calories!- I think some cinnamon would be nice! But use only one small spoon! Maybe just a pinch of ginger too! And you can adjust to your taste within time too =) maybe if you want a little bit more cinnamon add 2 spoons, but I don't recommend more than that, it can be too strong.

El proceso de hacer mantequilla gri.que es como realmente se le llama..nodebe menearse,ya que toda la porquería que contiene la mantequilla se mezcla. Hay que dejarla a fuego lento si menear..y la materia oscura se pegara en la olla,después se deja reposar por media hora.y se cuela sin que caiga nada de lo pegado.😊

El proceso de hacer mantequilla gri.que es como realmente se le llama..nodebe menearse,ya que toda la porquería que contiene la mantequilla se mezcla. Hay que dejarla a fuego lento si menear..y la materia oscura se pegara en la olla,después se deja reposar por media hora.y se cuela sin que caiga nada de lo pegado.😊
