As an ER RN thank you! I was trained to teach the "incorrect" way apparently. 🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️👍 I wonder how long before i have a doctor or old school nurse tell me that your way (this way) is wrong and i have to tryband explain that i learned it on a YT video.
Ok this is BS especially if you're just trying to clear sinuses, and tilting your head back actually forces it down the nasal passage rather than your clothes or the floor

I dont think its the patients fault. If yhey are only used to using otc products, a lot of the time the directs are incorrect. 🫤
