    JEERA RICE RECIPE:
    Ingredients:
    * Basmati rice- 3cups
    * Ghee- 3tbsp
    * Cardamom- 5
    * Cloves- 5
    * Cinnamon- 2
    * Jeera- 1tbsp
    * Ginger garlic paste- 1tbsp
    * Green chillies- 5
    * Pudina leaves- 1cup
    * Coriander leaves- 1 cup
    * Water- 6 cups
    * Salt- 1tbsp
    Procedure:
    * In a bowl take 3 cups of basmati rice. Soak this in water for about 30mintes.
    * In a kadhai take 3tbsp of Ghee.
    * Add Cardamom, Cloves and Cinnamon sticks to this.
    * Now add Jeera, Ginger garlic paste, green chillies, Pudina leaves, Coriander leaves and give it a good stir.
    * Add the soaked rice to this.
    * Add 6cups of water to it. (Or else you can add water according to the rice you’re using)
    * Add salt to this, close the lid and let it cook for about 15 minutes till the rice is done.
    * Once the rice is cooked transfer it to a plate and serve with your choice of gravy.
