Sweet guitar! Also, it really warmed my heart when you busted out with Domination. Can’t go wrong with an ESP and a Dimebag riff! Well done! Thank you for this review and demo of the Arrow 200. It’s at the top of my list of guitars to obtain. Much appreciated!
It was unexpected to hear Creedence Clearwater songs on clean tone demonstration. Not A Tout Le Monte, not One, not some Children Of Bodom clean stuff. CCR on arrow, folks
Thank you for the awesome demonstration. I've been curious about this particular model because I don't want to spend over a $1000 for a 1000 model. I only ask. Could you start filming with the lens in the proper orientation though.. Everything gets thrown off when you're looking like you're playing right handed instead of truly playing left handed.
Thanks for watching, Steve! I'm glad you dug the video! Yeah.... I'm right handed. I did a number of videos with the camera flipped. I'm finally back to doing videos with the proper orientation.
Do you happen to know if there is a significant difference between the solid double pickups on most of the other Arrow guitars compered with the dual style pickups on the 200 or is it very slight?
Slight. Covers sometimes dampen the attack of the pickup. I think you notice a difference more between different makes of pickups than you do covered or uncovered.
Yes, but like any Floyd, it needs to be properly set up. If a Floyd isn't level when resting (floating style), it won't come back to pitch properly after use.
idk if anyone will reply to this but im thinking of getting one of these as my second guitar.. well, third but i returned my last one, my first and only rn is a squire strat with some modifications ;), the other one i had was a jackson dinky js34q but i mustve gotten a bad one cuz it was just poorly put together and i had to get it set up after i got it and it was just a mess, the floyd rose was decent on it, anyways, would you recommend this as a new guitar? i obv play mostly metal and want a flying v style with a FR
@@joep1909 I got the LTD, it's super good. The Floyd Rose is the only point of contention, but it's not too bad. It's largely the same, but the shape of the arrow is more comfortable. I'd say go with the arrow, it's the better machine, even if slightly so.
@@kinjaldas225 thank you so much for your reply. It swayed me towards the LTD. But ultimately I was recommended to look at Harley Benton. Ended up getting a Les Paul style with single cut mahogany body/neck, Grover tuners, Roswell pickups, Floyd Rose 1000, all for $420 shipping and tax included. It’s crazy because just the Floyd Rose 1000 is $250 alone. SC-Custom II FR Vintage. Can’t wait to get it. I hope it’s the right choice, reviews are mostly great.

No problem! Domination is a fun tune to play
I love my arrow 200, solid axe, I switched the ltd FR for a Gold Schaller tremolo and nut🤘🏽
Did you have to do any routing? I'm getting one of these soon and wanna switch out the floyd rose without having to do any intensive modding
i have an arrow 200 and it's an amazing guitar for the money
I agree! They are sweet guitars for sure!

Lol. Aggressive looking guitars and CCR are a silly combo. I figured, "why not?"
@@benchristopher76 I've also done something similar. Played Beatles on ESP Explorer. Then pressed on distortion and played Manowar
Love it bro.
Thanks!
The Black Metal version is a beast.
You should check that one out too!
I just got a red Arrow-1000 in. Have to wait a bit on the Black Metal version. Once I can get one, I'm on it!

@@benchristopher76 awesome! I will definitely check them out. Feel free to check out some of mine. ruclips.net/user/cooperst765
I have an arrow 200 but it doesn’t have the split coil switch. Guess this is in the newer edition
How do you like your arrow-200?
i love seeing ccr being played on an Arrow 200. are you a lefty or is the camera backwards?
Backwards camera. I'm a righty. A bunch of my stuff wound up that way.
Hey just wanted to know if there is enough space in the back cavity to add a tone knob to when pickups have to switched out .?
Gr8 vid 🙏🏽
I think so, but I will double check and reply ASAP.
@@benchristopher76 thank u so much 🤘🏽
@@abhayprakash6070 There is plenty of room for a tone knob

Does it hold tune well when using the whammy bar?
Yes, but like any Floyd, it needs to be properly set up. If a Floyd isn't level when resting (floating style), it won't come back to pitch properly after use.
@@benchristopher76 Thanks for the answer
Is the string spacing under 2 in so I can install a JB/Jazz?
Buy your pickups F spaced for this one

Can someone help? I'm trying to pick between the Jackson V JS32 and this. Which should I go for?
I am debating this right now! What did you end up going with and what do you think?

is this a floating tremolo?
Yes it is
Is this guitar neck dive heavy?
No
You're a backwards kinda guy :D
Hahaha
LTD should make this without a Floyd! @espguitarsusa @ESPGuitarsJP
