Seriously can we get this on the steam workshop and have this as a custom in-game ost playlist, I'd play the whole game again just to go through the fight scenes with Vandoorea's music. For people to keep playing their campaign(out of laziness to create a new one) and keep spending time on steam, possibly even buy half life 2 in 2017 because of their being so much good music in it?
This part of Episode 2 is the one that has the most adrenaline in it, you have to defend the Vortigaunt that is healing your ally while you and your Rebel friends are fighting againsts what seems like endless waves of Antlions, hoping that the other Vortigaunts will arrive soon and you can get out of this damn place, you don't have your heavy armaments at disposal like you did in Black Mesa and City17, only the Rebel Turrets, Mines, SMG, Shotgun, Revolver, Pistol, Gravity Gun and your trusty old friend Crowbar
I don't believe that Valve has gotten worse, I just believe they've made a few decisions that were not such a good idea, and the public perception of them is now negative, which is unfortunate. But everyone will come crawling back to them when they see them releasing games that are "wanted".
Many of these games may be old but they’ve certainly aged well and a lot of these games, especially portal 2 may be mistaken for a somewhat newer game from how good the game mechanics in it are

i have started listening to this when i'm playing tf2 zombies and let me tell you... nothing is more immersive than killing zombie after zombie with this playing in the background. not to mention the stress, but you all know what it feels like, if you played the gamemode

I remeber seeing on gmod the half life rp servers playied this and i finnally playied half life 2 and i stepped on all the grubs because i hated the antlions in that part and i got to the tunnel where shekly and Griggs where god i felt bad when they said if i steped on the grubs they would be dead i felt like ive doomed them and then killed them all

Valve is making two big mistakes right now. One is not working on half life 3. The second one is not hiring you to make all their soundtracks.
Half Life 3 is being worked on. These things, they take time.
