Yeah I got bad since working out I can't even sleep at night with my arms going numb. I've had to recently stop lifting weights and wonder if I just needed to supinate more to balance the pronate.

I tore both my hamstrings, had really bad patellar tendinopathy on both ACLs, tore a ligament(maybe just a harsh dislocation of sorts) in my wrist, have(had?-still have damage, but the surface is clean now) degenerative changes in myspine and hips and cracked the lowest 2 inches of my sternum lifting overhead, I'm almost all fine now, and everything's getting better, dissolved the ACL calcium, improved tendon stifness and ROM leaps and bounds, and am making progress on my spinal growths, also pretty much no more hip pain/burn¨and clicking is going away. I just focus on having control, as control means strength, unrelated effort is actually always hard related. If you have no problem making origami for half a day, you must have tremendous strength. It's all about volume, and ways to get there. Lifting heavy is just a thing you do, but fatigue always comes, and with repetition comes proficiency, whatever you do enough. I do bands, pullups, shoulder pulls on a pull-up bar and walk 6-15 km a day. Being a "Bechteryev- bamboo spiner" I cannot stress enough the carpal and whole body ROM problems I had, now I let my insulin fall, habitual stuffing and never resting from food is your biggest enemy. Letting the bacteria in the gut do the work pays half the shits, and three times the anabolism.

I love how you preach clean good range of motion! That's my way of training. Seems everyone these days saying quarter and half reps are what works for AW but to me it's seems you and todd train the right way
There is a lot of science that disagrees with full range of motion being beneficial. At least when you are talking about isolating a muscle group. Especially in North America, where meatheads give each other bad advice, call them a pussy if they don't do squats so deep that their ass touches their heels, etc. When in reality, that's a great way to stretch and tear connective tissue - an area that isn't well vascularized and thus very difficult to heal properly - inflame joints, and engage different groups at overlapping intervals, causing lopsided load. That aside, this lift is correct because it is a natural range of motion in the sport.
Strengthening a muscle and joint using a full range of motion is recommended for growth and good recovery over just partials, but there's no harm in doing reduced ROM if you do at least SOMETHING that incorporates full ROM. For example, it can work very well to do full ROM on your warmup sets, and then reduce ROM as the weight increases, and doing one back off set after your top set with full ROM.
Dave Tate says Ronnie Coleman had it right, partial reps, no focus on the eccentric and explosive concentric! best for health of the muscles and the joints and Hypertrophy. and he’s a Westside guy?!!! 🤔 coincidence, I think not!! RVJ 2024!!

Brother, if you actually look at the pulley system on some of those 200-plus pound pulls that these guys are claiming they're making, you will notice that they have a few more pullys attached. That will make their 200lb sometimes barely 100. It might show their pulling 200 lb. But all those extra pulleys, lesson that wait by a big margin.

I don’t think there are tests that can measure an iq that high. Only a test designed by Bowen himself could come close.
