I just purchased a 2023 in December. Got a great deal. Bought the olive green with black decal. Loaded with option 2 package. $67k plus tax. Love it.
nice. green looks great
Looks better than the TRX. This is the only good looking Rams truck IMO.
Trx is bad ass bro… I do love the pw though
My Power Wagon was $60k in 2020 when I got it. It’s crazy.
That's a good deal.
2021 75th anniversary Power Wagon… swapped to 35” tires. Awesome truck!
Nice review Ben!! I love the PW!! I'm thinking I should have bought one. I wish the Power Wagon had the same water proof interior that the Wranglers have.
I love the Powerwagon, but I bought a 2500 Rebel w/ Hemi. Solves the payload problem, and still got better 4WD options than with the non-PW trims. Had it 6 months now and it's been great!
I would get the Power Wagon with the Tradesmen trim package. Then to fit the 17x7.5 wheels: 35x11.50r17 tires(Toyo AT3 is 3 peak mountain snow flake rated and at 11.4 inches wide on a 9 inch wide wheel a 7.5 would reduce the tire to 10.8 making it a 265/85r17, the ideal 35 for less fuel consumption and better traction in icy/snowy conditions if v bar tire chains aren't used) otherwise a set of five 17x8.5 Method 703 BeadGrip wheels for 35x12.50r17 Yokohama Geolandar G017 XD AT tires(also 3PMSF). A Borla S-Type catback exhaust system would be good too.
They stopped making the tradesman with the power wagon option last year
@@bigseff23 Thanks for the heads up.
@@gen1c8rs88 the next best option is the snow chief package. Gives you limited slip differentials front and rear
These are GREAT offroad trucks as well as daily driver. But please do not pay MSRP for one at this time. I just bought a 2023 which there are a lot in inventory. Orginal MSRP is $87k with Ram Boxes. Towing Package and Level 2. I paid $68k, nearly $20k off. Had to leave my local area and traveled 150 miles to where the truck was, but worth it. Only complaint is/was the tires putting on 37's to replace 33's. Also adding airbags to the rear to increase Payload & Towing Capabilities. Hemi sounds great: however, going to do a Cat Back Mod to hear it even more. Only option I would like to see is a diesel. The Rebel is out there with the diesel but you lose the winch, the ability to turn off front sway control, and front locker.
You should most definitely buy a Power Wagon. I love mine. Put a leveling kit and put 37” tires.
The Ram boxes are a welcome addition to this truck
I loved the Ram Boxes on my 2014 and 2018 Ram 2500’s.
Abbas from Pakistan, really love your videos. You have exactly the content I wanna watch.
Love my 2022 PW can't think of a better truck on the market right now. I can pull horses and have fun offroad all in one truck
I love the off-road capability of the Power Wagon but that 1200lb payload kinda makes you wonder what’s the purpose of even making it lol.
It only makes sense if you stop thinking about it like a typical HD truck.
Great truck, but needs a good catback dual-exhaust system and 37" tall tires to be complete
That white long bed you passed by was nice
Ben this is my dream truck
I bought my 2022 in 2021, I ordered it with the options I wanted and color I wanted it was the first time I bought a new vehicle as I wanted it as before I’d just take what they had on the lot. I paid $70K for a Level 2 Power Wagon in Olive Drab Green..I ❤️ It!!!👍 Gas Sucks though..🤷🏻♂️😂
Negotiate the 35" wheels in the cost. They have them on site and can likely make a deal.
You will most certainly be towing (at least) a small flatbed or caged stakebed around a 20--60-acre property for regular tree and brush removal, Benny Boy
If you don't need the hardcore off-road ability of the PW, get the HD Rebel. Better payload, for sure, but still very capable. Maybe, maybe a tad bit cheaper too!
Your just helping the overpriced market think everyone can afford a 100k truck. Wait a year that truck will come down in price.
You would think that but some ram dealerships will let this truck sit on lots.
I think he's rich!! Cuz overpays for any vehicle
prices don't go down 😂😂😂
@@davidporter7051there are gladiators with 18k off msrp in nashville right now. Prices adjust to what the market will pay. But yeah this truck was 64k msrp loaded exactly the same in 2019 because I almost bought it. Prices are out of control for sure but the only way to fix it is to stop paying it.
Hah….down in price.
It you get one, Mark Dodge in Louisiana is a good dealership.
Get the GM ZR2 or AT4X. Both GM twins have a better payload, plus that 10-speed transmission.
The ZF 8 speed is a solid transmission
I'm leaning more towards the Ford Super Duty King Ranch.
Seems relevant.
Dumb question - what are those vertical blinking lights on each side of the display?
Changes: 35” tires, increase payload by at least 500lbs. Just swap out new springs and make it a little less flexy.
Ben What are the prices per acre in your neck of the wood? Im assuming you are looking into raw land.
The black ram truck showing in 0:25 of the video is nice 👍🏻 which model is this??
Cool Truck!!!! But we need 35s on a Powerwagon and the Rebel!!!!
Where can I buy the Sport Performance Hood online in Delmonico Red for my 2024 Ram 2500 Big Horn Crew Cab?
What about an AEV, maybe the one on 37’s instead of 40’s but with a winch. You can do one on a 3500 so you have the payload and towing you want.
I got the AEV front bumper for my ‘18 3500 and am convinced it’s the best upgrade ever so far.
If I bought a dodge power wagon I will put 35s tires then I be happy with it very nice power wagon
Not unless you get a great deal. I got my 24 PW at the end of Dec for 15k off sticker
Damn Broskiiii TRX got you looking rough… Get a Civic 😂 That hairline thoooooo
It seems to me so many reviewers have no idea how a power wagon is designed to be used. They seem to be stress bells and whistles. The power wagon is an off highway pickup truck. The only reviews that are relevant are those that show that. I do not give a damn about well it travels on pavement in town.
How well does it fit in a parking garage
80k? Out of my price range
Me too, but Ben can afford it
if you like doing everthing a jeep can do and drive in MUCH better ride...rocks sand mud snow and mall...love my 2022 pw with 35s
Makes sense, a young guy with a wife and small child living in the suburbs, who doesn't go overlanding or hard core off roading, needs the most off-road capable 3/4 ton truck you can buy 😂🤣
I thought you were a firm believer of the Tremor 6.7??!!!
Hey ben when u gonna star building the ARK?
TRX Powerwagon V10 890hp 3400lbft twerk coming soon.
Is it just me or every time I see that front bumper it reminds me of a pug
Whats the difference between the 6.4 vs 392???
Biggest difference you will feel is how much power and when torque comes on.
@BenHardyCars so it's not the same power train? I was always curious cuz I'm thinkin of getting a power wagon but it's priced outta my range
This truck is straight up pimpolicious. Any variation would suit your future needs just fine. Not sure what you would be hauling that would go beyond that capacity. Just use a trailer.
I like it but ram boxes are useless to people wanting toppers
No way that is an $88k truck.
This exact truck was msrp 64k in 2019 when I was in the maket for a power wagon. This price is STUPID
I would wait a year myself
Okay 👌
Power Wagon with knob, central console, ... 😢
But yes; you should to have REBEL 😂 with diésel engine
You're getting a V8 Tundra because you're getting smarter as your priorities are changing. Lol... Just give in.
I don’t know…should you? Ask Karl. 😂 I bet he says….yes! You need one. 😂
Power Wagons are pretty awesome.
He was at the store that day, funny enough. Can’t miss him when he’s 6’9” 😆
I just wouldn't get white. I'd get it that new blue that they have.
Prices are crazy. They need a reality check. Going to cause a collapse
37s go big or stay home
They always leave the gas on E
I’ll stick with my 3500 Giggle Wagon for half the price.
I don't see why you would not buy one.
Not sure why car dealerships don't want to be bothered in cleaning their vehicles. The interior on this truck is horrible.
Maybe, I wouldn't buy a turbo gasser...they all trash
The Power Wagon only comes with a natural aspirated 6.4L v8; there is no factory turbo, supercharger, or even Diesel option.
@@Jack-yl7ccHuh??
Oh man I wish they would retire that 6.4 v8. Replace it with a proper big block push rod v8 like fords 7.3 Godzilla.
I wonder what it’s like to make the same exact video, over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over… yet I still keep watching them 😂
Go for a F250 Tremor Lariat instead.
No you shouldn’t buy one. Heavy. Poor payload. Suck gas. And underpowered
100k canadian plus intrest and tax, the 1200 pound payload is not very good, it's 4 fat guys and thier lunch, like why not get a raptor
No. No. No. No sir.
Get a Titan XD a better truck than RAM
Please say you are being sarcastic 😆
Jesus Christ 🤦♂️
There's cars out there with a higher payload capacity. WTF! Made in Mexico to boot! FAIL!!!
