I’ve been living a minimalist lifestyle but not by choice lol, i live in a 300ft garage that was turned into a small house: 1 room, kitchen, and bathroom. I have grown in this space these past 10 years and I’ve learned to love the space. An approach to minimalism has made my space feel a bit more bigger. :)

Very impressive. I’m about to be an empty nester and downsizing from a 4 bedroom house to a one bedroom. I’m still a bit too reluctant to go smaller yet. That said, you have made me start thinking again. I have 20 days to make my decision.

Hugh ManateeOne living small is so freeing! You get to chose what really matters to you and appreciate the little things. You can buy really good pillows because you’re not spending crazy amounts on filling up a 4 bedroom house. I love the little luxuries I can afford because i live small, even if every time I buy a pair of shoes I need to take one to the charity shop 😂

@@raquelwatdahell Exactly! My condo is only 640 sq feet. Because of the small area I could buy really good quality flooring. Same goes for top quality paint.
