About paper: Artists’ handmade paper made from the inner bark or bast fibre of mitsumata. Mitsumata is lighter toned and softer than lokta. Known as argeli in Nepal, this is a native plant of the Himalayan foothills. Mitsumata is a sustainable and renewable resource. Plants are cropped above ground level and can be reharvested after 3-4 years. The papers are made using the Japanese nagashizuki dipping and layering method of papermaking. - Кино

I fell in love with this process after watching your videos and I bought a "starting kit", thankyou so much for sharing, I am learning something from each video. I am so inspired by you :) . Please keep them coming :) ... all the best!
True artist fella, thank you for sharing.
This is Absolutely beyond. Never seen anything like this... but you got my attention... Awesome Prints
I love every time a new video comes out, it's so amazing to watch.
Beautiful
Wonderful
This is incredible, I also make linocut prints, but I normally kinda work with the medium and allow the designs to not be very exact - you are inspiring me though to go the limits and try to make more exact work, it looks so nice and clean, you are a master at cutting
Thank you soooo much that you sharing ur art with us Man!!
Thanks Again Emils

Dude, amazing.
Awesome
Outstanding work Emil, really like how this turned out.
Do you mind to share some info about the knifes you’re using on this video? It would be super helpful.
All the best!
Have you considered getting a table specifically meant for tracing? Light shines from underneath so you can see both pieces of paper really well.
Yes i have light table like that, i just like tracing paper for smaller things better!
i love it!
🔥🔥🔥
what types of gouges are you using? thanks for sharing your work.
Legend
This is fantastic work, as always. Do you mind sharing what that tracing/transfer paper was?
To be fair I don't know, i bought a roll some time ago, it's quite thick probably like 60gsm
@@EmilsSalmins It happens -- I appreciate the reply!
Beautiful. The print of this is in the background of the "smell of rain" video. Are you working on the all at the same time?
Yes I'm juggling maybe 3/4 prints at the same time. That ''smell of the rain'' print have 5 layers , so it takes some time to print. At the moment there's only last layer left to print.
@@EmilsSalmins the ink must take a long time to dry? Does that mean there will be prints of "the smell of rain" available in the future?
This is awesome, i have a question for u
what kind of lino do u use for ur prints?.
Great work.
I order quite large roll of 3.2mm lino and use that one. its from www.lawrence.co.uk/
@@EmilsSalmins Thank a lot man. ur work is simply dope.
Are you going to make any more prints i waited now they are sold out....
Do you teach online?
I'm suffering from a serious case of press envy.......
