I’m getting an uprated fuel pump fitted before then (Stainless Creations in Falkirk) and I’ve got DEKA 630cc injectors that CSC will fit for me on the day. The car has a few other modifications and was forged by Rusty Autos. K06 Turbo and Klassen inlet manifold. Should be interesting on the day 👍
Hi mate I have this same turbo and cams but only a 2.5 inch exhaust and stock intake manifold. It only made 294hp though. Not sure if its the exhaust or the intake manifold holding it back. Can you share your specs mate?
U need bigger exh mate 2.5 is too small I've just fitted a klasen exhaust manifold to mine so it's different again My spec Ported head K06 evo Klasen exhaust manifold machined to suit the evo turbo Decat remus 2.75inch Eds manifold Airtec cooler Recirc deleted High flow top hat 90mm intake Rs4 maf housing Protec 340 fuel pump Siemens 630 injectors Fcp rods
@@ALs_Autos ok thanks mate do you think if I just change the exhaust to 3 inch turbo back and leave the stock intake manifold I can get around 320 HP or need to change both?
Tbh I did expect about 360 370 but the spec is 380 max with all the supporting mods i already have plus cams and 3inch exhaust maybe a set of cams on the horizon
I've just put some fcp rods in iam running krs stage 2 turbo an 9 blade exhaust wheel on klassen exhaust manifold an klassen inlet going for bigger injectors an 90mm intake hope to make 380hp

@@Rehbraun its just the crank position sensor, knock sensor on the back of the engine is important to torque

@Sirrecalcitrant I'd do both mate don't bother with eds just get a pegusas one it makes no odds and 300 quod cheaper, then remap again

Depends if you can put up wi the rough idle for me I don't think you'll beat standard cams for every day use
