There is no Tor VPN, Tor browser provides a service which is similar to a VPN.
@@LinuxH2O brother my friend have Ubuntu and it is protected by fortinet firewall , because of which he can't access social media site specially instagram and also it is not allowed to install any other app he have chrome pre-installed, if you could help me how to access instagram with proxy or any alternative is there please help me brother🙁🙁
