I know it is really hard to do you do that for about 20 years or 38 you’re welcome. Just to be clear. Everyone knows this does not work.

I did exercise and felt as if Vicks vapor rub was rubbed inside my nostrils--a very mild, cool sensation. I did the exercise 3 times and my sinuses are draining. Great.
Can't breathe and so can't sleep and I need to sleep. This is helping me breath out of my one unblocked nostril but the minute I get comfortable they will both get blocked again. 😭😭😭😭😭
