I have sinusitis and a constant mucus draining down my throat that causes a chronic cough, along with tinnitus and vertigo. After doing this exercise for a few minutes + tapping the base of my skull, I can honestly say that I haven't heard my tinnitus in 48 hours!!! It's very strange not having that noise in my ear 24/7. My Tinnitus started nearly a year ago and sounded like someone drumming their fingers on a table and what a relief it is to have normal hearing in both ears again. Thank you so much Dr! I've saved this video so that I can come back to it if I ever need it again as I've tried every other technique which had no effect. Thank you again!

this happened to me one day in June of 2013. I put small cap of mineral oil. In my left ear woke up could not walk and then late developed ringing in my ear. My Friend told me to put The oil in to get wax out. Guess. I didn’t have wax. But now I have. A little bit of. Head feeling. Full and pressure and ringing. The oil. I put in my ear did something. I’ve been to Three Top ENT’s. Had the Vertigo. Test and passed that so they say am fine. I’ll try this Dr. And do a follow up soon. God Love you for all you Infor us with. 😀. Have a Bless Day

Thanks for your advice. I’ve had a problem with fluid in the ears for several years and was told by a Dr to use Sudafed and it would help but I ended up having a serious medical situation that was life threatening I experienced after using for several years. I appreciate your help. I do not recommend sudafed when needing medication for ears because it is and can be quite dangerous.

I think it also good to drain clogged ears with water rinse… along with exercises.. I have a stubborn clog probably have been accumulating for sometime and now all of the sudden it’s clogged and it’s annoying!
Please doc make a video about ear wax, I have eczema in my ear and after all the infections I wonder if maybe it’s be better that I don’t try removing ear wax anymore, just clean it on the outside during shower and that’s it. Maybe something like earwax build up doesn’t exist! And all these oils and peroxide water etc are what makes people with sensitive ears even more sick :( to the Muslims here pkeas make douaa for me ❤ I swear repeated ear infections and the use of Cortisone that destroys my stomach really tired me up 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

Oh I want this to work!! I always feel like I have "glob" in my sinuses/back of my throat. Nose drips suddenly and persistently.
