Been dealing with a sinus infection for the last 4 days- my nose continues to get clogged in either one or the other nostril. Constantly having to blow my nose and have sinus pressure. Been taking black seed oil, using saline spray and hot compress. I tried these 2 techniques and feel maybe slight relief, but still have one clogged nostril. Going to try this once more before bed and then in the morning. Thank you for promoting natural remedies🙏 I really try and stay away from over the counter medicine and antibiotics unless it’s necessary.
