    Did this as a 3 round ladder (by each round +5 reps to exercise). The last one was brutal. Took me approx. 30 mins, in a ballpark of 450 cals total. Which is my sweet spot for a single workout. Perfectly suited for an outside actuvity, during the heat waves.
    Thank you G!!!❤

    I really love your videos!
    Quick question...
    I started with a 12kg kettlebell like you advised. How do I know when I'm ready for the 16kg? Which exercises should I be able to do with the 12kg, and how many times should I be able to perform them before I know I'm ready to progress to 16kg?
    You don't have to answer me directly. I think that a video about this would benefit a lot of your viewers.
    Thank you in advance!

    Got myself a 16kg and a 20kg kettlebell shall I get 24 and 28kg or 28 and 32 for heavier days???

    • @crimsonram6106
      @crimsonram6106 2 месяца назад +1

      @@BobParker-gm8jf I’d wait for a few weeks. If you can comfortably press 1handed the 20kg for minute for 5 rounds without shoulder pain and exhaustion then sure. Otherwise you will just destroy your joints.

    • @BobParker-gm8jf
      @BobParker-gm8jf 2 месяца назад

      @crimsonram6106 I feel good and strong everywhere I was thinking more for the swings and the lifts. 20 doesn't seem heavy enough

    • @crimsonram6106
      @crimsonram6106 2 месяца назад

      @@BobParker-gm8jf yeah as proper swing is done from leg and butt it’s way easier compared to a 1armed press. I suggest to do a warm up then go to a local sport supermarket and test with the cheap KBs only the weight and the load, then after you find the fitting one order a good one.

    Hello good sir. I am looking for a little advice, very basic.
    I am 179cm and 95 kg. What weight kettlebells would you recommend for me to use?

    • @AngieZZofficial
      @AngieZZofficial 2 месяца назад +2

      The choice of kettlebell weight has nothing to do with your height or weight. The question is whether you are a beginner, advanced or professional. For beginners, we always recommend starting at 12 kilos. The better your technique, the more weight you can use. And depending on the exercise, you can use heavier weight if you have it.

      @@AngieZZofficialThat's what I was gonna say. Except like not as good or detailed. 😅

      @AngieZZofficial , I'm a beginner as well, but the thing is, all I have is a 15lb kettlebell to start. Other than that, just two 5lb dumbells. I'm a 46 yr old woman so could I still start with what I have?

    • @AngieZZofficial
      @AngieZZofficial 2 месяца назад +2

      @@swan11112 yes my dear, you can🩷
      Women start with 8kg. But that's fine, start with these weights.

      @AngieZZofficial Thank you so much for your response, I appreciate that! I have done a few exercises before in the past with the kettlebell, but after hearing more about the benefits, I want to get back into it and stick with it with this time. ❤️
