Thank you - that tune has the idle at 845RPM- I have a tune with the idle at 775 RPM that sounds meaner but the car will stall at rapid stops with it . Car is running a circle D 10” 3400 torque converter. As a footnote with with the 2350 Torque Converter 1320s come with ( regular scats have 1800RPM) with that cam the car will stall below 900RPM at stops.
@@Clutched392 All 1320s are the 8HP70 AT you can’t get them any other way. They are a drag car set up almost exactly as the Demon but NA. So, just like the Demon, it’s only AT ( Demon is 8HP90) with same factory stall as Demon (2350) It’s because of the Cam, if the idle is too low on any Aggressive cam the car will stall at rapid stops because the transmission won’t downshift fast enough and the engine requires a higher idle. With a higher stall speed converter this will help. When you are acquiring the parts the shop or your tuner can advise on a proper stall speed for your build.
Car is at OST getting completely redone….fully forged and balanced 426 stroker with OST big daddy cam, war Viking trans, reworked heads, fore innovations dual pump L3 fuel system, FIC 1050x 1065 cc injectors, stage 2 Gen 5 3.0L powder coated whipple with 112mm TB and overdriven harmonic and smaller pulley. 2 weeks then of to tire shop for bronze MMR M392 staggered rims and some other work..stay tuned.
Wow. Thats a first. Never heard a muscle car enthusiast or general ICE fan say they do not thoroughly enjoy the lopey sound of a high lift high duration cam. First time for everything. You do you, by all means, however, at the end of the day, if you are staying NA, the best way to get the performance you want in the RPm band yo want is with a well-sorted cam and high-flowing heads.
With E85 I would only gain 10HP over the 100 Octane race fuel tune and would need to change injectors to file injector clinic 650cc and a fuel pump to do it right plus a new tune. No sense to do that for 10HP tops considering the corrosive nature of e85. In spring car will have a whole new build anyway.
When this vid was shot I had 2 tunes 775RPM and 840RPM. 775 was more for car shows than performance as low speed drivability suffers but you can hear cam lope more. Check back in May.
@@SofaKingQuick with that being said did car still have an aggressive chop/lope? I have stage 2hrt cam. My initial idle was around 500-650 sounded good but now idles around 700-800 and it sounds damn near stock. It is a milder cam though so Im Just asking around before I go w/ anything else. Want to be sure that the chop can’t be tuned out
@@RockLee300 on my channel you can hear the 775RPM idle. This is the 840RPM. It still lopes either way. Keep in mind that When you have OR pipe ( no cats ) and no mid mufflers and long tubes with active exhaust delete the lope is less noticeable tho.

Does e85 or 100 octane make more power

It's so quiet inside the car
I said the same thing the second he opened the door I was like oh shit lmao
With 100 racetune can you still run 93
As long as you aren’t at WOT- the timing is advanced at WOT for the race fuel- no reason to run the 100 tune with 93 fuel tho-
Whats your idle set @?

Did you have to forge eternals?
I do not think anything is eternal my friend. But as far as internals, check back in April of 23.
sounds great. does that cam pass fed emisions?
Fed Emissions? Did you mean State Emissions? Car is exempt in PA because of miles driven.
