This machine does offer normal and strong brew button and it works very well. An 8oz cup on Strong brew, with a Dark roast pod, does creat some very good coffee
I just got this for my 45th Birthday yesterday (Oct 18th). I'm happy with it. I wanted the Keurig Classic, but I'm not picky. This will work fine for me. I'm looking forward to using it for the first time.
Good review. "In-depth app support" lol. I like premium products, but I just want a Keurig that gets the job done. All the fancy stuff would just be underutilized extra.
I just received my new Keurig K Express and I love it except when the coffee is dripping into my cup the coffee is NOT streaming straight down. It keeps hitting the back of my coffee cup and running down the Keurig. I've tired moving my cup all the way back but it keeps dripping out of the cup. How can I solve this problem

Mary, you may be missing the K-cup pod adapter that comes with the machine. Someone might have removed it to use the ground coffee adapter instead.
