Skirt steak is sooo good!!! Used to be a cheap cut. Just tenderize, marinate for at least a day and cut, like u said and grill on high heat! Delicious😊!!

Aside from the fact that the wok was improperly used she just boiled the food.
I wouldn't care if she took it outside and cooked it on a rock, the end result looked great. Yes with this dish, the technique was simple, but with RUclips if it's very technical you won't get as many views, I suppose.

I go to a local Chinese restaurant and only order the Mongolian beef, but I've never seen the meat that dark.......but I'd eat your meal.
