How do you feel it compares to kitchen aid? My 25 year old one broke about 2 years ago and I never replaced because I heard this one was better for large batches!! With feeding so many large batches is the ONLY way I cook lol.
I have mostly retired my Kitchen Aid. I still have it but the motor was really struggling. Since our move I haven’t even unpacked it. I’m loving my Bosch!

Kitchenaid is making subtle “cost cutting” changes to their mixers that are the death knell of their reputation. Don’t buy a new Kitchenaid just because your grandmother’s has worked since 1925.

It does have a lot of pieces. I keep them in a Rubbermaid tote.
