The Bosch Universal Plus Mixer is a popular kitchen appliance known for its powerful motor, durable construction, and versatile capabilities. Here are some of its features and a general review based on information available up until my last update in January 2022:
    Key Features:
Powerful Motor: The Bosch Universal Plus Mixer is equipped with a powerful 800-watt motor, providing sufficient power for a variety of kitchen tasks, including mixing and kneading heavy dough.
Large Bowl Capacity: It comes with a large 6.5-quart bowl, which is advantageous for those who often prepare large batches of dough or other recipes.
Versatility: This mixer is designed to be versatile, with multiple attachments available for different tasks. Common attachments include a dough hook for kneading, a wire whip for whipping, and a beater for general mixing.
Four Speed Settings: The mixer offers four speed settings, allowing users to adjust the speed based on the task at hand. This flexibility is useful for different recipes that may require varying mixing speeds.
Safety Features: It typically comes with safety features such as a motor protection system to prevent overheating and a safety switch that prevents the machine from turning on accidentally.
Sturdy Construction: The Bosch Universal Plus Mixer is known for its robust and durable construction, which contributes to its long-lasting performance.
    Review:
Overall, I can say that the Bosch Universal Plus Mixer is a great kitchen equipment. I appreciate its ability to handle large quantities of dough and its versatility in the kitchen. The powerful motor is a standout feature, particularly for those who frequently bake or cook in large quantities.
I also like the quality of construction, especially the durability and reliability over time. However, as with any product, there are varying opinions, and some users may have specific preferences that could influence their experience.
However, I recommend that you consider your specific cooking needs and whether the features of the Bosch Universal Plus Mixer align with those requirements.

I bought the Bosch machine about 40 yrs ago and it lasted about 35 yrs. Strong excellent machine. Kneaded my bread, made cookie doughs and had a blender. Am going to buy this bundle, sorry to see that it is on back order, though it is the Christmas season. Excellent quality, thanks for letting me know that it is still available.

I’ve been looking and wanting this. It’s amazing you reviewed this day after I came so close to buying it. I hesitate because it’s so big. I don’t need to make 8 loaves of bread. Wish they had a smaller version. I could get rid of my stand mixer and my food processor. But still back and forth if I need this. If I do, I will use your link. I want but do I need 🤔?

At your recommendation over a year ago I bought the Nutrimill Artiste because you gave an excellent demonstration and I was able to get it through your link for $199. You said it could handle kneading amounts and every bit as well as the Bosch and I found this to be true. I have been so very happy with the Artiste and it takes up far less space than the Bosche. I don't use attachements but I believe the Nutrimill Artiste does every bit an excellent job at kneading dough and an amount up to about 6 loaves at a time. My Kitchenaid stand mixer (I bought it in 1991 when it was all metal construction) just was not able to keep up and it isn't able to safely knead dough past level 2 nor for more than about 3 minutes at a time without straining the motor. It could only handle 2 loaves of basic white flour dough and would heat up quickly and I could smell the burning odor.

Awe shoot. You didn’t say anything about the ice cream accessories. I was hoping to see a demonstration on that.

I went to the link at Walmart and that bundle does not include the blender or the slicer attachments. Just FYI. Or at least I could not find it. Thank you for demonstrating it. It is an awesome machine.

In Australia Bosch was recommended to me by a white goods repairman back in 99' ,as it was the least brand he repaired. It's still the same 24 years later with these repair guys & if they do repair this brand it's usually a cheap/small part i was recently told.

I was looking at the Bosch however the fact that it’s all plastic i have an issue. Also how strong is the blender? I have a vitamix and have had it for about 35 years and use it all the time to make nut milks , peanut butter, almond butter and different flours .

Mine didn't hold up i have a large family and this just wasn't that great for me. all the plastic on the paddles the gear area on them wore down, the splash guard broke and was replaced several times, the cheese shredder, which was awesome, but had plastic parts that kept wearing down...I finally got tired of fixing and replacing parts on it and got rid of it. My professional KitchenAid which i bought several years before my Bosch is still going strong even though I've had to change the gears twice...KitchenAid I've had for 12 years the Bosch mixer I had for about 9 but didn't use anywhere near as much as the KitchenAid...powerful motor, but cheap plastic parts.

I come from a long family of bosch users and have never heard a comment like this about a Bosch. I’m not doubting anything you said I’m just shocked.

It must have been a defect in that Bosch because that is literally unheard of with Boch. It's usually the other way around. Kitchen aid don't hold up under heavy bread making.
