Bosch mixers are made for repeated, heavy duty work. Bosch mixers will handle the large, heavy bread dough batches and large amounts of super-thick cookie dough.
If I have any complaint about purchasing a Bosch is that for the price, more accessories should be included, like the cookie and scraper paddles.
I will never purchase another KitchenAid mixer again. I bought two and KitchenAid refused to stand behind them. They're for lightweight work with rest periods. Just read the manual and instructions. Also, you're only covered if you do approved recipes.
Yeah. I just got one and got the cookie and cake paddles and then realized I also need to get the metal whip driver, since the mixer only comes with the plastic whip driver. Why not just include the metal one from the start?
Also, I got the dough hook extender for making smaller batches of bread, But their instruction video says that the extender also improves larger batches of bread. So why not just build it into the dough hook, or include it with the mixer?

But I got the Bosch because my KitchenAid Pro 600 that I've had for 12 years suddenly made a *slight* clunking noise and spit out metal shards into my buttercream frosting! It turns out lots of people have had that happen. I might fix it and only use it on low settings for kneading. I've only used it on high for whipping a few times before. But I'm certainly not buying another KitchenAid.
My dough hook extender is different than the one you show. Mine is white and has 1extender bleach side one is shorter than the other side. How can I use it like you do?

Where do you get the accessories when you live in the UK? I got mine from Amazon but Amazon don’t do accessories and mine didn’t come with a dough hook extender.
I got mine from an authorized dealer on ebay.. It came with all the attachments including the dough hook extender.
I’m not sure how to remove the paddles, the mixer is new, but didn’t want to get too tough with it

Yes, you can use your 110 volt Bosch Mixer with a 220 volt - 110 volt step-down transformer without any problem.
I live in Australia and notice your post, please do you mine telling me whether you bought this machine without any issues from another country, did you have any setbacks. I to was interested and have pasted a few posts to friends on how it works but them found out that we can not find it here.

I do too. However making bread in the KA doesn’t cut it. My professional KA gets very hot very quick. The motor can’t handle it and It doesn’t knead as well. I make my own bread for the family and will use they often
How much the price amd what is the volt and frquency

The Cake Paddles and Cookie Paddles are only available in the US and Canada.

Bosch universal : since 50'
I bought mine about a month and a half ago and am sorry! So far, it's a big expensive paperweight! The attachments are out of stock and no one seems to know when they'll be available again!
I'm sorry you're so disappointed. Our shipping channels were interrupted due to the pandemic. The factories in Europe were closed down completely. We are working as quickly as we can to get the stock to our warehouses. We are getting shipments weekly, so be sure to watch our social media channels for attachment updates.

If you are still looking...many of the accessories are becoming more available again... I couldn’t get the mixer itself and was just able to get it directly from Bosch and some of the accessories on Amazon... things are opening up again all over
Me too. Mine didn’t even come with the dough hook extender and you can’t get them anywhere, so who wants to make 10 loafs of bread at a time which is the only option without the dough hook extender. Wish I’d bought a Kitchen Aid which has no probs with accessories.
So how come Kitchen Aid hasn’t got a problem with the pandemic? No
