My husband had gotten me a Bosch Mixer and all the attachments. I can honestly say hands down the best kitchen product I have ever used. I loved making bread cinnamon rolls and so so much more with my Bosch . I used it daily, it breaks my heart to say that we lost our home to a fire in April and it was a complete loss. I hope some day to own another one I truly feel lost with out it. I highly recommend this mixer to everyone. I know some may say it is costly but it is worth every penny.
I just found your video. I bought a Bosch for Christmas and haven't used it yet. Thanks for the tutorial. When I'm ready to order additional items for my Bosch I'm looking you guys up first. Thanks again,
Wow, gr8 introduction & history of the Bosch mixer. Showing all the various attachments & accessories of the mixer really opens all the possibilities of making various products. It also replaces different appliances like the nitri bullet, mixers, & ice cream maker. Thx 4 sharing on the internet. Keep on cooking & baking.
I bought my bosch as a wedding present for me :) back in 1982. Still runs like a dream! Make masa fresh for tamales (60 dozen) every year. Love these videos and tip! I am 60 years old and don't cook/bake big batches as much anymore but, I will never give up on my Bosch.
The food color test is what sold me on the Bosch mixer. My husband just ordered me a Bosch Universal mixer tonight. So excited to get it. I been wanting one for years.. Thanks for doing a class on the mixer..
Just ordered this machine....so excited!!! Bought it to make bread but now I have so many more ideas. Purchased this because I was worried mixing dough would break my mom’s K brand mixer which has sentimental value. Both of my daughters have the K brand but I’m guessing once they see mine they’ll be doing some shopping 😉. Great video.. thank you!!!!!
That's so exciting! We know you will your Bosch! We are so glad you enjoyed this video, thank you for watching. Let us know how your bread making goes!
I purchased my Bosch Mixer earlier this month. I searched high and low for special deals but to no avail. How do I find out when free attachments are offered? I keep trying to find recipes and demonstrations that are helpful also. Your demo was the best even though it didn’t give specific recipes. I laughed along with you. What a great relationship you two have. Hopefully, you will do many more demonstrations together because y’all are an asset to Bosch. I am 71 and struggling to navigate my new mixer. There is definitely a learning curve. I am not an influencer but I willhopefully be making a video for us seniors once I figure it out. Headed to the kitchen to give this shot! Thank you again.
This is delightful to watch, when you could have a sense of humor, use it, without repercussions. My next purchase is going to be the Bosch Mixer, can't wait. Thank you for uploading this video.
I bought my first Bosch mixer - the MUM series, with most of the attachments & a Juicer, more than 20 years ago. N it gave me hours of baking pleasure - however silly me, placed the beater into the incorrect outlet on the motor & by the time I realised it, it was stuck. My heart broke. I had 2 make due with a not to great alternative make until I wore that 1 out - last year my hubby bought me a Bosch MUM series, with a silver mixing bowl & with less attachments, though a Juicer was included (I'm still not sure about the silver bowl having changed from a plastic bowl - strangely the plastic bowl doesn't fit on the stand), now besides just using the mixing bowl, I am using the slicing dics as well. I'm excited to have kept my attachments from the previous machine, as this also includes a Mincer & the good thing is that these should fit on the new Motor. I honestly love my Bosch Mixer - but I would love to have a Bosch Universal set, I love the center design for thorough mixing & love the way the mixer attachments/whisk/beater fits in so perfectly, but I haven't seen this model in my country 🇿🇦. If u so choose to, please feel free to send me ur Demo one 😉🤣. Best wishes from JHB, South Africa 🇿🇦
Hi Tania! Thank you for sharing your experience with us. That is so sad that your original Bosch was ruined, but it's great that you were able to replace it! We hope you'll someday fulfill your dream of owning a Bosch Universal Set. Thank you for watching our video!
It’s kind of ridiculous how they don’t send all that when you first buy it, I’ve had a couple KitchenAid in my for years and marriage and I decided to buy one of these and then I had to go back online just to make a cake! A mix should come with everything you need right off the bat!I don’t care how good it is or how strong it is! I am old-school just like you claimed to be!
Hi sir, may i know the diameter of the bowl? Because i think in indonesia, the bosch universal plus mixer is MU6N11, the bowl looks smaller than it is in abroad. Like in your video...needed more info please. Thank you :)
In the description for the Black Universal Plus, it states it can only make 10 loaves vs the White can make 14? Why the difference? Isn't it the same machine just different color and stainless steel bowl?

I think they've been manufacturing in Slovenia for quite some time now. FWIW my school sponsored a conference several years ago and one of the attendees mentioned he was from Slovenia. I told him that my mixer (Bosch Compact) was made in Slovenia and he told me that Slovenians were proud of the quality of their mixers.
@@mairzydotes3548 love it. If your needs aren't heavy, there's nothing better because you can do it all with a Compact (check out the videos her on RUclips). I'm spoiled now because I have an Ankarsrum (and a BUP I haven't played with yet) but it's a really good mixer--I liken it to a little tank.
A plastic tamper would really improve the Bosch blender. Beyond the motor, that simple piece of plastic is what allows the Vitamix to produce smoothies that are almost as thick as ice cream. Or the hosts here could have simply given their smoothy a stir.
@@lawgal2012 the tamper is a big help to get super-thick stuff moving but there's more to the Vitamix than just the tamper. One doesn't even need the tamper all the time. And you're not going to be able to process soup or sauces in 4 - 6 minutes with that blender.
Sorry to hear you have had challenges. We have had nothing but positives experiences with the Bosch Mixer. It seems to work great with dough as long as you are using the dough hooks.
I've seen it used to make bread dough, one recipe with 17 cups of flour, another recipe with 24 cups of flour. So, I don't understand why you say you cannot make dough in this machine. It's what it was built for, with it's 800 watt power.

Check out the nutrimill artiste mixer as well. It’s made by Bosch, and a lot cheaper.

Hi sir, may i know the diameter of the bowl? Because i think in indonesia, the bosch universal plus mixer is MU6N11, the bowl looks smaller than it is in abroad. Like in your video...needed more info please. Thank you :)
The Bosch they are using is a Bosch Compact (Bosch MUM4405 Compact ). It is a smaller version of the universal size. Its dimensions are 11x13x10.5 in.
Is it easy to make swiss meringue or Italian buttercream frosting on this machine?
Hot syrup into egg whites in a plastic bowl? Not something I would do.
You can get a stainless steel bowl that is available, watch Sugar Geek on RUclips. She has one and uses her Bosch.
You can using pasteurized egg whites that you buy by the carton!
In the description for the Black Universal Plus, it states it can only make 10 loaves vs the White can make 14? Why the difference? Isn't it the same machine just different color and stainless steel bowl?
I didn't catch the price
Where can I find this mixer?
These mixers are currently on backordered nationwide. We hope to get them back in stock soon.

Guys, I love Bosch but that blender is no Vitamix.

Neat machine, but this video had way too many ads. I want one of those machines though.
Thanks for watching! We actually will be sharing a video soon about more details related to Bosch Mixers. Stay tuned!

You only show that only works, you cannot make dough in this machine

Long hair and cooking does not go well together
That can sometimes be a detrimental pair! It's never a bad idea to pin back long hair when baking or cooking!
she needs to wash her hair or change her wig its really bad
i believe it's her hair she looks like she didn't combed it. it does look really bad.
Her hair...something needs to be done differently!
That dude is annoying.
You guys are so awkward together. Cringy to watch.
Gary seems very judgmental of Gen, Gen is aware and becomes even more nervous. Be nice, Gary.
This demonstration is the worst ever see it
Hey, blond! Cover your hair, it's not professional to shake your hair over bread.
