It also interests me how long was this program planned to be and apparently c&j was completely cut from that time? How long would you be comfortable cutting c&j completely for and how long would you think the process to bring it back would be? I think im gonna follow you on the building. The snatch part of my goals right now is to get to a 100kg snatch, I'm gonna be trying out clean thrusters for a bit after seeing some old footage of klokov doing it and it looked fun, I also want to add variety to my squats so i think I'm going to push zercher squats, and then I'm gonna add just general muscle building for my upperbody cause I let my chest get so far behind everything else.
Question about the squatting frequency - you guys have said many times twice a week is perfect for most people. For a weightlifter, does this basically mean one back squat session and one front squat session per week? Or should it be more like back squat twice with the addition of one front squat?
You have to make a video on this! As a Dad myself I'm keen to see how you flex around the baby and hit all sessions every week. The time you schedule a workout and the duration would be interesting to see. Also I'd love to see one of your snatch/squat sessions.

Naw the aerobic days are very low load, hardly reach a training threshold given how well trained I am.

Lads, I'm gonna squat 200kg this winter. Hopefully snatch 100kg also, but that will be a little harder with my amateur technique
