I love how I am constantly finding new(old but new to me) songs that I love by this band! This song is 6 years old apparently and I just discovered it 2 days ago! The Goo Goo dolls never cease to amaze me!
I've been loving this song for years, and it gives me joy. I listened to every word, after being recently in love with a very special woman. It put tears of joy in my eyes, i truly empathize with this song. JR is a Great songwriter!!! 🎶
It doesn't matter how he sings it or what is added to it...voice is still John's and that's what makes it awesome. If they can open to a wider audience - can't fault them. Still rockin' it! :)

JuanDa Granados They uploaded this version because they had to mix Mike out of it when they fired him. Going to electronic drums meant having to change the whole mood of the song. Notice that when they did their Greatest Hits album, they redid Name with Mike on drums so they didn't have to pay George Tutuska any royalties on it. Same thing here.
I love the Goo Goo Dolls, I have since 1992.. and the new album is incredible... but their decision making sucks. I like all the songs on the "Magnetic" CD but they picked the 3 worst Rzeznik songs for singles, they boot the drummer out because he asked for a few days off to spend with his wife who was giving birth to twins and then they release a dance remix of this song... what the @#$%? No wonder why the album was a flop. They should have released "Keep the Car Runnin'", "More of You", "Bulletproofangel", "Slow It Down" or "Last Hot Night" for singles..
Have to disagree with you on the singles. Caught in the Storm and Come to Me were the top two songs on the album. Not close. Two I noticed right away from the first listen. Bulletproofangel is a close third, so I agree with that. But the rest, while decent songs, were not single worth in my opinion.
Michael McAllister On today's radio, nothing on this CD was 'single worth' seeing the garbage they play on the radio. "Come to Me" is the most boring song on the CD, "Caught in a Storm" the CD versions is a lot better than this sh!t right here.
KTVBOSTON "Come to Me" is one of their best songs in a long, long time. In fact, that's my first dance at my wedding. Usually Iris is that choice, but it's been done a lot, and "Come to Me" is better. I agree with the other selections though like Rebel Beat was meh.
They're broke actually. They signed a messy deal with Warner Bros. in '95 that ended up giving them no money. They've never been rich, just well-off. Also, there's no point in making a music video to a song that no one's heard on the radio.

Slow it down it's an incredible hit! That's happened also from Something for the rest of us!

I think this should have been either the first or second single. Come To Me was a lame choice, weakest song on the album by far.
