    My dad always said the same clean as you cook and season as you cook. When your done you can sit and enjoy the meal. I find it relaxing to clean as I do things in kitchen. Great advise

    Hey daddy love watching you cook..yum hatch....oh almost forgot ..clean your ceramic stovetop burned rings withbaking soda ans vinegar,soak about 30 minutes scrap with boxcutter..ribse wipe with water paper towels...polish with white toothpaste.rinse with water paper towel..buff with microfiber cloth...back to the stew yum..

    My Grandma always had bacon grease on hand and even fried chicken in it. Awesome flavor.
