All the way from Liverpool, love you’re style my man, all soul. Not everything to my taste but still your heart shows through. Keep it up brother. Much love.
Hey Daddy Jack. New sub here from North Central Florida last weekend watched about 25 videos of yours back to back love your attitude and style only thing that is bad is that your 24 hrs away. Can you deliver please
Bro, you can't just use a knife and smear mustard on meat and then stick the knife back in the fucking mustard jar. You just cross-contaminated the entire thing it's good for about 3 days now.
Love your pronouncement Jack, "Croaked Mon Sewer" LOL. Not knocking it at all mate, just thought the NE accent rocks!! I'm in Vermont here. ps: Johnson Wales Charleston, SC Campus Culinary class of 1996 here. Since retired but still cooking the classics. Cheers!
I love you're way of cooking but, give it another name than croque monsieur. A real Croque isn't made like this! This is a mix between a croque and pain perdu. Even the turqui doesn't fit in it.

Don't give up, cooking school is a wonder, but you don't necessarily need to do that, just do your own research online, I mean this channel is a great experience of learning. For myself I used to be a touring musician and when things kinda dried up I attempted different jobs but now I am training to be a cook at one of the local establishments where I live, the dream isn't over!!
I love how you thought that using american cheese was the only controversial thing about this recipe lol. Looks yum as but its just definitely not a croque monsieur.
You're right. Thing is.... Watch videos of French chefs make this, and none of them do it the same way. Funny thing about cooking, is that everyone puts a bit of a spin on it. It's almost like their signature. Otherwise, food would be boring and repetitive, just like a McDonald's restaurant. Rock on, and enjoy the food.
if you come to France and order a croque-monsieur, you will be disappointed! it is much simpler and especially less rich! your version is so luxurious !!! Bravo
I've been watching your channel for years and was sad to see no updates for a few years. So glad you're back to making new videos. What I love even more than the food is how chill this channel is. You guys always keep it real without any frills or unnecessary flair. Just good food all around and no BS. Love it! I'd love to eat here someday.
It seems like it would taste amazing! The presentation was horrible though. If that was brought to my table I'd be disturbed...until I ate it. I love the channel and recipes!
I wonder if D.Jack ever showed a “lobster bisque” soup. That’s my parents favorite for Thanksgiving but I don’t know how to make it🥺D.Jack is the best to show regular people how to make classic dishes🧔
I was just about to post a hate comment on how 2 slices of swiss cheese wasn't enough for a grilled cheese type sandwich. Then came the 2 slices of American cheese, and I was pleased.
Daddy Jack’s daughter is gorgeous!! Great dad with a beautiful daughter that are wearing the glass. Not the one wearing the hat that is eating first bite. I’m sure you are watching from Heaven, protecting your girls and sending your love through the wind, when they feel sad or lonely.
Just got on to this channel and so far loving it! I love Italian food and would love to see a recipe for a nice Tortellini which is my favourite and years ago I had an amazing Mushroom Gnocchi in a cream sauce that I haven’t been able to replicate.
I really enjoy watching your videos. Wish you'd publish the recipes. Like this, seems simple until you poor a sauce on it. Where did it come from ? How do you make it ?. Regardless you have a great thing going with this chanel. Thank you for making them.
Glad you like them Butch, I have a good time doing them. Good Gravy, Jack Become a Member Of "Cooking With The Blues" www.patreon.com/CookingWithTheBlues

Chaplin's Classics Get to Liverpool for a bowl of Scouse. London isn’t your scene come and see the Scousers.
I love that Daddy Jack takes the classics and puts his own spin on them. They always turn out great. That is the sign of an excellent chef!
Excellent Chef. You must think Burger King is fine Gourmet.
I have fallen in love with this channel. Love your vibe and have been making many of these dishes and DANG!!
Yup.. best cooking channel on RUclips.
Enjoy it before too many people ruin it.
Daddy Jack recently past away a few months ago. Sad, love watching his videos
@@erico4537 I was wondering if something happened 😔. May he rest in peace.
A great chef....helped so many learn to cook....RIP Daddy Jack...you were the best!!

If & when I get myself healthy I'm going to cooking school. You make cooking look fun & enjoyable instead a job you go to everyday, thanks Jack.

Happy Christmas to you all!
You fucked it up with the cheese sauce.
Reminds me of monte cristo
I love how you thought that using american cheese was the only controversial thing about this recipe lol. Looks yum as but its just definitely not a croque monsieur.
Luv the ending with some family hugs !

Looks good, but this is definitely not a croque monsieur

You do understand that cooking is more experimental and artistic than scientific, no?
I'm soo glad I found you. Tell her to love her daddy. I'm coming from east Tennessee just to eat with you for several days. Love it.

I bet that's delish.
Your daughter is a star! She needs to be on more videos! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
I thought his daughter was the fat one, wow his daughter is so skinny!
It's croque en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Croque_monsieur: "French for "mister crunch"". Croix means cross.

that is not a croque monsieur
So that's the secret to getting cute chicks😎😋
I just found this channel today and I'm going to be trying alot of Jack's recipes. They all look delicious. New sub
You should live stream a service one night. It would be awesome to watch.
I want to do that Anokajdm, I will try it soon. Thank You, Jack
No olive oil?? THATS odd...but juuuust when you thought he wouldnt...he did! Those green onions!!
Yummmm! Reminds me of an Italian dish we use to get for lunch at the Wood River Inn. Mozzarella en carrozza
Yum,yum, yummy, I can definitely sink my teeth into that. Thanks. Tony
That’s a lot of work for a sandwich. Probably tastes good but it looks like shit.
This is authentic Croque Monsieur. (I just asked my neighbor).
What a guy
it's more than the MasterChef cooking and it's more than just a RUclips video, it's just awesome every time I watch this Channels video s
Thank You for the kind words Jaguar! Jack
I got to stop watching jack's videos, always make me hungry.
Hello there. How great loved the look of that big hearted dish. Oh la la. Deliciously done.

The king of another layer of flavour. Love Daddy Jack
more of a monte cristo than a classic croque monsieur.. interesting mash up of the two
Re upload??!
Did this place close? Yelp says it is closed? I'll visit it if it is open for sure.
Deja vu? Wow I just saw this...🤪
I thought so, I was thinking I must not have deleted/saved it lmbo.
DADDY JACK IS THE BEST
"Daddy - and we'll be right back - Jack's "
If you think that’s how they make a croque monsieur in Europe you must be joking. Processed bread, turkey and ham, awful.
Nobody cares about Europe. Lol
Andy Beswick -Awfully GOOD !!!! Daddy Jack cooks from the heart ! It is the Daddy Jack version and it looks wonderful !! Daddy Jack is the best !!

Daddy Jack’s (highly unusual) take on a croque monsieur, lol. Actually looks pretty good though. B looks like a nice lady as well.
That’s because hers making a Monte Cristo sandwich. A Croquet Monsieur has béchamel on the bread
Allways trust a BIG Chef
wisk it, wisk it good!
Daddy Jack ! Boom ! Your the best !
Interesting take on this. It's like a a Croque Cristo Cheese Soup. Can't say I wouldn't eat it.
I've never seen Daddy Jack cook anything that doesn't look absolutely delicious.
I was just about to post a hate comment on how 2 slices of swiss cheese wasn't enough for a grilled cheese type sandwich. Then came the 2 slices of American cheese, and I was pleased.
By coincidence, I just ate two sandwiches with turkey and cheese, with sunny-side up eggs. Close call there.
Whaaaa ?

if the recipe calls for it??? Turkey in a croque? Just because you make a hot sandwich you don't have to call it a croque monsieur when its not.
