Made this chowder tonight but made some changes. Very good tasting. Daddy Jack will always live on. Definitely not cooking with the blues but cooking with happiness
Pure authenticity. Love this man.
*_Effortless_* is another word that comes to mind! (in the best possible way~)
Looks great Gotta try this one. Love how you always use everything and never waste perfectly good food. God Bless
One of my favorite dishes for some reason, everything just comes together perfectly (I dont make it exactly the same but very very similar) Good job man looks as delicious as it usually is :)
Btw love how you put the whole cabbage in since it was mainly made by poor/poorish people back then which gives it its authentic flavor
This looks fantastic. RIP Daddy Jack
Thanks for this recipe Jack. This delicious recipe would have made my Polish grandmother proud!

I miss you ! Such a huge loss to all of us
. Thank God you video taped your self 😢
I can taste it from here 🤪
In NC we can get non-homogenized milk that needs to be shaken because the cream hasn’t been pressed and sheared thru a homogenized and it will float to the top. The only way we get the ‘real’ good stuff, the raw milk, is from a dairy farm and it has to be labeled “Not For Human Consumption”, which is exactly what we’re going to do with it. Raw milk is especially good for cheese making.
Great show!
RIP Daddy Jack 🙏
Thank you, Jack & Laquisha! Love your videos. Everything I've made using your recipes has turned out fantastic. 😊
Thank you for watching the channel, Jeff. Glad you are enjoying the recipes. Make it your own.

So it's Vichyssoise with added ingredients
What makes it "Polish"? 🤔 It looks like a wonderful after Easter ham dinner chowder with lots of heart healthy veggies. Stay safe Daddy Jack, Lakesha, Axle and the Chaplin family and friends.

What about your restaurants? Are they not open?
Not at the moment Chris!
@@chaplinsrestaurant Connecticut is letting them open aren't they? That's sucks. I live in fort Worth. Is daddy jacks still open here?
I lived in Ct in the late 80's. Hartford, New Haven, Bridgeport, Guilford. Oh and Branford. I used to go to my favorite restaurant back then, the uss chowder pot. I love Connecticut
