    I love this guy. He's a great chef, an entertainer, and if I were a multimillionaire, I'd hire him to be my personal chef. I had to subscribe!!!

    The subtitles always amuse me on daddy Jack's videos. Today instead of "Daddy Jack's cooking with the blues" it was "one of the dead guys covert clues"

    Hi Chef, I always cut the tops off of the peppers, but I use them. I cut them too. I was looking for a great recipe a n d I finally found yours. I love the way you cook. tell Rachael Carmela from Colorado said hello. she's a sweetie

      He should have caught it when he was washing the wax and pesticides off the damn produce...not to mention the disgusting filth on the floor and under the grill in more then a few videos...wont be back after.seeing the condition of this it's station.

      I sometimes miss that sticker on the peppers. Just pull it out when you find it.

    Looks tasty, not so good looking but taste should always rule. Fun and informative guy to watch. I like his style of cooking.....very little if any measuring, which is pretty much how I do things.

    So you remove seeds from pepper to put them in the table, then mix them with the onion and pepper dices and finally put them in the pan. Ok.

    i crisp up bacon take out bacon cook onion celery vegs ect till soft add finlly diced potato,cans or cream corn and whole corn and cream then add back the bacon cook till potato is done NO FLOUR
