It's great you promote other places.
Todays dishpotato cheese and lard gratin. Needed' potato. Salted bacon, a tip of french Brie cheese or Danish blue cheeseat choice and some rasped cheese.. Cook the potatoes in salted water. Slice the bacon in edible peaces and fry them until golden brown. When the potatoesare cooked, do them into an ovenshale. Dress over the potato generously the brie cheeseand the bacon chops. Some extra salt.finish with a good layer of any rasped cheese and put for 5 minutes under the grill.cheap and good. Americans like it. Bonappetit.

I'd like to know that as well. I like making breakfast on my propane griddle, I can't seem to stop making it too hot or too cool.

Mike, the left side runs hot to cook the bacon and lowers as you move to the right side.
