HAPPY MONDAY Marie and family! All is well. We have our 5 yr old grandson this week for 3 days because his Mom and sister are in Hershey PA all week for a Dance Competition. Our eldest son, works in Banking so they had to make arrangement between the two families to take care of Micah man, and Pappap and I decided WOW, what a different generation of children...LOL. I think as moms, we judge ourselves too hard. We carried & we felt every little move they made. We took care of them for all of those months & they become such a part of us before they were even born. For me, I took that responsible to 🩷 I love that phrase “ when you know better you do better “ I think you’re doing a great job!!!
Oh yes, we can big our own biggest critics and judge ourselves too harshly sometimes.

The first thing I like to do start my day with devo and praying I try and do this before they wake up last week or so I’ve been getting up late so I’ll get their breakfast then start . I like to have a rest time after lunch I need it and I think they like the break from each other I se s them
Separate areas to either watch tv or tablet time . I also have weekly and daily cleaning routine kids there responsibility.

My favorite hint is when I'm putting on my makeup in the morning I put cleaner in the toilet and I have clorox wipes under the sink when I'm done I wipe my counter and sink then the toilet scrubbed and wiped off that way the room is refreshed and it just takes a few minutes I looked forward to seeing you on Monday sweet lady 🧽🫧🪣🧹😘😍

I love the tips. I’ve noticed if I don’t get that morning devotional time, I’m an aggravated mess the rest of the day. I think the hardest thing for me to get done is any type of workout while it’s summer break for the kids. 🫤 But I do love that they’re home. ❤ Totally off topic, but where did you get your headboard? What size pool do you have? It doesn't look too deep perfect for my youngest.
It's 14ft x 42" Intex pool. The water level is around Nolan and Arabella's shoulders. They are 5 and 7.

I am so exhausted most days. But I try to do as much as I can. I do manage to few things done with my two year old awake. I gor kitchen, bedroom, and living room. I am excited for fall. I dislike summer in Arizona. Too hot. I buy throw pillow covers to. Right now I have black and white on my bed. I need to find fall for bedding for fall. But my problem is lack of energy due to depression. I sadly can't decorate for fall until mid to late August or early September. My daughter ( also a toddler) does that to her room. I get her books put up and some of her stuffies pur.yp and bed made. Next I know the books are on the floor again.
Oh yes, it's a never ending process with the messes, especially the books.

Yes, there are definitely days we go to bed with toys on the floor and dishes in the sink and laundry piled up. He doesn't say anything because he knows I do a lot.
