    you are so sweet in explaining the things with through description..itna acha koi bhi explain nahi kar sakta...aap sabse sweet ho...mai apki hi recipes follow karti hu kyoki usme onion or garlic bhi mostly avoid kiya hua rehta hai or fir bhi best in taste rehti😍

    hello mam mene bhi makhan nikala hai per mene pehle mlai me khatta lga k ek raat rkha fir nikala hai... i used hand blender... or makhan bahut acha nikla hai ji... thanks aunty and aapki awaj bahut simple and achi lagti hai.. dhanywad ji

    Thank you ma'am. Makkhan mathhe see alag nhi ho Raha tha. Internet par Dekha to Likha hua tha use ice cubes. Mene vo dalaa but still no results. Apka video Dekha . It said winters main warm water use kijiye. Maine Kiya and it turned out great!

    Wow I just made it and it's awesome...thank you so much ....only tedious task in all this was washing the processor jars and the blade..god it took me like so much time to remove a,l the stains from it

      Just add a tbsp or two of vim liquid in warm water in the blender and turn on the blender for 2 minutes! Leave it for twenty minutes on the kitchen counter Wash after 20 mins with a sponge or bottle brush!

      Use hot water... It removes all the oilyness and then you can normally wash the vessels with dish soap

    thanks for teaching us the basics of kitchen. We sometimes keep malai for many days in fridge and not in fridger. also we used to keep home made makhan for several days. thanks for guiding us

    i kept malai out of refrigerator for 1-2 hours today (during summers) and then started blending with electric hand blender and added cold water after 3 min mins. of blending and did same after next 3 mins. but it became paste or whipped cream type & butter didn't came out of the malai then finally after many tries i had to cook the thing directly on gas to for 45 long mins. to make ghee... what i did wrong i dont know but my attempt was a total failure... today was the 3rd time i failed using hand blender.....

      You have keep malai out of fridge for atleast 4-6 hours even in summer

    Maine mlayi se makhan nikalne k bad Bache huye dudh se khir bnaya tha bahut hi teasty khir bani thi...AP sb bhi try Kijiye 🙂!!     you'll need to get/boil 'un-homogenized' full cream milk.....to get Malai when you boil milk

    just an experiment i have done i would like to share. the same procedure of collecting malai in the fridge but to keep it for longer period i have added some amount of curd after every 2-5 days gap then adding malai to it. to my observation, it lasts for more than 15-20 days and it was good
    theoretically, there is a reason good lactic acid bacteria culture etc. i used it to prepare ghee and it smells really nice

    I love all your recipes, i am a great great fan of yours.aap kitni shafakkat se sab samjhatey ho. I tried making makhan in the same way u shown, but all malai turned into a Rabdi type of texture ban gaya hai, I am very disappointed Nisha ji plz help me :-( I am struck.

      Add some ice water into butter to make to more hard and tight Bahjat fatima then squeeze to remove moistness.

    Now a days when i try to beat makkhan in the mixer grinder, i am unable to separate butter instead it becomes fully liquid cream types through which there will b lot of wastage while making ghee☹️ don’t knw wat to do

    Nisha ji, I have seen many videos n have been disappointed n have not left good comments for them (because I know/remember how to make it n in india my mom used to make it so i know ur recipe is the best/correct n the info also) But your Video is the BEST - in terms of Recipe, apart from recipe ALL the INFORMATION you gave in the Video and last but not the least you didnt WASTE TIME talking extra krishan kanhaiiaa bla bla bs .     Maiya Main Makhan nahi khaya Hamare ghar mein tu badi badi Hadi Mein Makhan baloya jata tha उस हांडी से निकला हुआ मक्खन एकदम लाजवाब और स्वादिष्ट मुंह में पिघलने वाला होता था जबान पर रखते ही मक्खन पिघल जाता था आय हाय मजा आ जाता था और आज आप के माखन को देखकर मेरी वह सारी यादें ताजा हो गई
