आज मसाला किचन मे बन रहे है घर की मलाई से घी, बटर और छाछ निकालने की आसान रेसिपी | घर मे घी, मक्खन, पनीर, मावा, छाछ बनाने का आसान तरीका | परफेक्ट शुद्ध देशी घी कैसे बनाये मसाला किचन की आसान घी-छाछ-बटर निकालने की रेसिपी जरूर देखिये | बाजार जैसा घी, मक्खन, मलाई, पनीर, मावा बनाने की विधि | कम मलाई से घी, माखन, पनीर, खोया, छाछ बनाने का आसान तरीका | घी निकलने का सही तरीका देखिये और घी, बटर(मक्खन), पनीर, मावा/खोया रेसिपी शेयर ज़रूर कीजिये | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी
INGREDIENTS:
Cream (मलाई)
Curd (दही)
RECIPE:
In a pan, put some Water then put Raw Milk for boiling. When it starts boiling, turn the flame slowly & cook it for 2-3 mins. Let the boiled Milk for cooling down & keep it in the fridge overnight. Separate the Milk Cream from Milk. In this way, collect Milk Cream in a box for 10 days.
Take out the Milk Cream in a bowl. Take a big bowl, put Hot Water in it & place the Milk Cream Bowl in it. Mix it well & Butter will get separated. Put Butter in ice-cold Water & keep the separated Butter Milk. In this way, Butter Milk will get ready.
For Ghee, take a pan, put Butter & cook it on low to medium flame. Then filter it with the strainer. In this way, Butter, Ghee, Butter Milk will get ready easily at home.

मुझे आपकी रेसिपी बहोत पसंद आई और कुछ कुछ बनाकर भी देखी जो अच्छी बनी, आपकी घी वाली रेसिपी भी अमेजिंग है, पर मेरी माँ घी बनातिथी तब ओ मलाई को फ्रिज के बाहर निकालकर रूम टेम्पचर तक ठंडा होने देती थी, उसके बाद उसमे थोड़ा चुटकी भर नमक डालकर मिक्स करें थोड़ी देर रखकर उसे उसी बर्तन मै फेटतिथि उससे पांच मिनिट मै ढेर सारा बटर बनातिथी और उसे धोकर घी बनातिथी जिससे ज्यादा बर्तन भी खराब नाही होते थे और घी भी आपने जैसा निकला उसीतरह निकालताथा आप जरूर करके देखे आपकोभी पसंद आएगा वैसे आप तो बहोत ही अच्छा और सरल बतातीहो जो हम सबको बहोत पसंद है, love you so much दीदी thank you
अरे माँ, लास्ट मे जो बेरी बची है वो भी वेस्ट नही है....मैं, उसी बर्तन मे थोडा पानी और गुड डालकर उसे उबाल लेती हूँ, दुसरी कढाई मे थोडी सुजी ड्राय रोस्ट करके,असे इस घी वाले बर्रतन मे दाल कर अच्छा सॉफ्ट सुजी का,गुड वाला हलवा बन जाता है...घी की खुरचन( बेरी) हलवा और भी मजेदार बना देती है....करके देखना कभी...

Bahut ache tricks hai. Ghee filter ke baad jo waste hai, us se ladoo bana sakte hai. Residue lo thoda wheat flour daal kar fry kare. Add powdered jaggery to it and make ladoo

Ghee chanane ke baad jo residue rehta hai, us mein thoda cover hote tak paani daal kar ubaliye. Room temperature mein aane ke baad usey fridge mein rakhiye. Usse aur thoda ghee upar nikal ata hai, jo sakht hota hai, jise aap asanise nikal sakte hain. Iske baad jo residue bachta hai, use aap phenk sakte hain.
हम भी इसी तरह घी बटर और छाछ बनाते है ।वैसे आपकी सभी रेसिपी बहुत पसंद आती हैं और ट्रिक्स भी बहुत काम की होती हैं।

म़ैम जो घी छानने पर छलनी में बचा है वह अगर खट्टा नहीं है तो हम खोए की तरह इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं और अगर खट्टा है तो उसमें आटा भूनकर चीटियों के लिए बना सकते हैं
सचमुच में अन्नपूर्णा हैं आप, बहुत ही गुणवान भी हैं। सर्वश्रेष्ठ कुकरी शो है ये।👍
घी बनाने के बाद जो कढ़ाई में बच जाता है उसमें गरम पानी डाल कर घी में लगे सभी बर्तन -जैसे छन्नी ,चम्मच से घी छुड़ा लें फिर उस पानी को ठंडा होने पर 15 मिनट के लिए फ्रीजर में रखने से बचा हुआ घी पानी की सतह पर जम जाता है जिसे उपयोग में लाया जा सकता है।

Thanks for sharing and guiding!Now I feel one must wash the butter a few times and then put it to boil,so ghee would taste better.I use the residue while making handvo batter, use the buttermilk for idly batter or sometimes boil the residue with water,then strain and keep in the fridge, next day more ghee will float which can be easily removed and after tasting , water to be used in atta dough.I hope my method might inspire others

Ma'am, last wala bhi waste nahi hai. We can knead in atta or make atta panjiri by putting sone atta in the kadhai after taking out ghee and add shakkar or sugar.

Amazing 🥰 . Even I do the same .... for getting pure homemade ghee. One more tip even the ghee residue i pour some hot water and use it for upma , pulav ,daal , sambhar etc. It has a add flavour and 💯 use of resources😊☺️☺️

The leftover after making ghee is called berry in Marathi..It can be eaten after adding a little sugar. Other recipes can be made like Dharwad pedha or Shrikhand vadi but I haven't tried those with success yet.

When we had no fridge,the butter was immersed and stored in full water which was frequently changed! when in very cold weather,one needs to use warm water for the butter to rise quickly!

The left over of butter after ghee is extracted in southern India we add some drum stock leaves while ghee is forming or boiling. Then the left over of drum stick leaves and ghee residues is mixed in rive with salt to taste and made ghee drum stick leaves with Aloo or any fried side dish. Even dal mixed is delicious.
And the butter milk we drink with salt to taste added and also pughina Corriander Chillie Grinded added to butter milk and Masala butter milk chilled is also delicious. Making ghee you simplified in your demonstration. Thank you. Banglore.

Mawa that remains after ghee also doesn't go waste.
Add masalas like salt, red chili powder, amchur, kasuri methi and run in mixer couple of times on pulse mode to even coarse mixture. Paratha filling is ready. Try it out once. Hope you'll like it.

Yes the Mawa does not go waste. I use it for making laddu of wheat flour. Just roast ( one cup or equal to Mawa) wheat flour with some ghee. Add grinded Mawa. Roast again till fragrance comes then add powdered sugar & cardamom. Make small tasty laddus.
