The missi roti turns out to be super delicious & I have used some dal to knead the dough. It’s super healthy & makes a really good breakfast or lunch meal. My Naani used to make makkhan from curd, the other way that you told. She used to put that fresh white butter on our palms to eat. I went back in time while watching the video. Loved it ♥️
After a year of washing my own dishes, I could only keep thinking about how tough it would be to get that butter utensil cleaned afterwards. Totally worth it!

Missi roti is awesome today my mom made it by watching this recipie ..it is a best thing to eat..where u cannot go outside to bring paneer,fish,prawn and meat,chicken,mushroom etc. in lockdown in normal ways u can made very tasty items. Pl bring more recipies by using this normal ingredients which r available in every home and easy to made. And we dont have to go to super markets for buying paneer and other stuffs. We can get this item in local grocery near home.

You shouldn't buy the one shown in the video. It's machine cut. My personal experience is not good with machine-cut stuff. I suggest you buy a hand-carved model. They do a great job and cost the same or even less. They also look great in the kitchen collection

Hi dear Sanjyot... amazing recipe n presentation,as always. Would like to share a tip. If you wash butter with plain water 3-4 times, till the water comes out clean , then it will not develop fowl sour smell & can be stored in air tight container in refrigerator for around 2 weeks 😊

I always make it in the mixer. To clean the jar add some water and liquid dish soap and run the mixer. It gets cleaned easily.
