If someone screams "shoot me" and then gets shot, I understand it's still murder, but it's legalistic and lacks basic sense. Just take a picture of license plate, call the police and that’s it, don’t try to stop someone by jumping on their car. It is not smart especially here in Florida where people carry and where “stand your ground” law exists. He is lucky he wasn’t shot
A fender bender was not worth jumping on the hood of that car. That being said, I do agree the person who sped off while the person was on the hood was in panic/adrenaline. Should have just gotten down and dealt with the consequences there. Now this person is looking at a slew of charges.

It's best to film/pictures of everything, then let the law do it's job. Don't argue with strangers. You really don't know what they are capable of.
