It's sad in some cases even if the father is supposed to pick up the child at a specific time & location and have them for the weekend, doesn't always work. I've witnessed my boyfriends daughter's mother keeping her from the him when he goes and tries to pick her up and when the cops are called the cops say they can't do anything because it's a civil matter. They can't force the mother to give the child over, you'd have to take her back to court for being in contempt of the court order. Some mothers are so evil keeping a child away from a father that clearly wants to spend their time with them. This mother shouldn't keep custody of her kids to have them in the same home with the man that killed their father
When are courts going to hold mothers like this accountable? It's called parental alienation. Parents who deliberately interfere with their children's right to have a relationship with the other parent, should be charged as such. This has taken affect in England and it works but all courts need to reign it in for rubbish like this to stop.
never! the states are getting paid with interest for child support. it's a double standard and all about the money. A mother has a right to abort, the father doesn't have a right to abort his rights/child support etc... yet, the fathers who do want to be there, get screwed. as you say, "alienated"
That's just so disappointing for all the great Father's out there. It's one thing if the men were a risk but not if their amazing Father's. What a shame. Australia and UK are getting better in this area. Mothers face chargers for these sorts of things. It's along way to go but it's somewhat better than where it was.
The only thing that matters to the family court is that the father becomes a slave to the system so they can make alot of money off of him because he wants to see his kids and if he just runs out of money and gives up they just put him in jail over and over again,I know first hand I never stopped trying to support and see my son but don't get him much and I'm now homeless working 2 jobs to pay illinois
That would be good IF it recognized there should be exceptions in the case of abusive parents, sociopaths/psychopaths, and narcissistic personality disordered parents.

That's just so disappointing for all the great Father's out there. It's one thing if the men were a risk but not if their amazing Father's. What a shame. Australia and UK are getting better in this area. Mothers face chargers for these sorts of things. It's along way to go but it's somewhat better than where it was.
When he freezes over. This is a prime example of why men are walking away from relationships with women, too much of a threat to a man’s well being.
That poor kid/kids
@@dannyn.3539 so he should just lay down his life and die? He was right to fight for his life.
If the father was supposed to have his son at that time and wasn’t being allowed to get him, that is big time provocation.
In many states it is custodial interference for either the custodial parent or the non custodial parent to not comply with the copurt order or parenting time guidelines. This would be considered a crime in many states. This is Indiana law. Most law enforcement officers either do not know the law or only enforce the law for the custodial parent. There has been a bias against the non custodial parent which is usually the father.
@@v-2010 it's not, he was there to pick up his son at the appointed time by the court order, she defies that and the other guy is the one who got the gun and fire to the ground, it's provocation all around, they should both go to jail, doing all that to deny a father the right to see his son.
@v - why are you laughing. I hope this happens to you if you think it’s funny.
Yes it is but they are slow to bring charges. Mom needs prison time. Her boys need to heal and they can't do it with mom and her married lover ~who-just killed-their-father~ in the house.
How is it ok to unlawfully keep a father from his children and then when he gets upset, shoot him dead. If Kyle thought he was in the right, why didn’t he go inside and call the police, instead of grabbing his gun?
She is so clueless she didn’t get it when the guy was shot.
The boyfriend and mom should be arrested.
It’s the mother’s fault. The dad was tired of her violation of custody rules. Men are always paying the price for some woman’s issues.
Happy wife happy life!.😅
@@ogdeathstar7443 no wife no problems
LOUDER.
In which world? Women are always paying the price of absent fathers. Have you looked at the statistics? How many single fathers are there? Now how many absent fathers are there? Now how many single mothers are there? What do the numbers point to?
Ur a woman f u
This is not self defense... he brought a GUN to an argument that had NOTHING to do with him... R.I.P... he died trying to be a good father & spend time with his kids
Lubbock PD found this to be justifiable homicide, no charges.
@spitchill I didn't know you're a Little Texas fan.
@spitchill I meant the song "God Blessed Texas" by the country-western band Little Texas. It was a hit in 1994, even has its' own line dance.
@spitchill what about that child. No one was keeping there cool, no one was acting like a responsible adult. The boyfriend, mom or the dad
@spitchill the only person that attacked was the guy with the gun and for something he doesn't have a say in anyways.
Why is anyone surprised? This is America & more specifically Texas.
I'm shocked it doesn't happen several times a day
Home owner should’ve been charged in this one. This was not stand your ground. When he went inside, got the gun, came back out and pointed that was a major and unnecessary escalation.
It was not the guys son so all you do is keep the couple separated but you don’t bring out a gun. Good luck to that child for the rest of his life. Investigate the mom.
he trys to get in between his wife and the giant man being agressive to her
he gets beaten to death
maybe the dad has a gun, he gets shot to death
unless you believe that he has no right to defend his girlfriend, even if the dad started to beat her to death, then there is no argument that he cant bring a gun to protect himself and his girlfriend. had he not brought the gun he likely would have been beaten to death, and again, how does he no the dad isnt concealed carrying?
baby dad could have retreated at any time and come back with the police or his own gun, he chose to attack a man with a gun, he is the only person to blame for getting himself shot
@@CadillacKid him requesting his court appointed time with his son, and screaming is not aggression buddy! If every person that raised their voice at another deserved to get shot there be no one left! The bf escalated the situation by bringing out a weapon. Since when are words an act of aggression that deserves death? If he where to put his hands on his ex wife and start beating on her then your argument would be valid, but it's not!
@@browncatwithblurredbackgro2461 Texas' "stand your ground" law kinda poisons that well.
