My house is literally under contract and I can’t wait till closing so I can finally buy myself a van or a bus and start doing the conversion. My husband and I spend Thanksgiving week with our 2 daughters and grand daughter in Fort Lauderdale, Florida at our timeshare every year. We typically either go out to eat at a restaurant but because of COVID19 this year I'm doing the Cracker Barrel catering pick up Thanksgiving meal. I got burnt out cooking for my husband's huge family 7 years ago so he bought me this timeshare and away we go for the week. No more stress and I relax on the beach. My favorite Thanksgiving food is collard greens. Favorite dessert is pumpkin pie 🥧
I also cut my bacon in half when I get the package and I eat 6 half slices which are 3 full slices. Thank you for sharing all of the food that you cook in your rig that gives us an idea of what can be done and not all of it has to be pre-packaged meals. I first heard cup and remember thinking “how do they know which cup?” I was 7 or 8. Corn flour... the thing called corn flour in the U.K. is corn starch, so how to I find corn flour? Although I suspect it’s an Italian thing we have a totally different name for!? True. Biscuits... ours include cookies and shortbread! I watched some U.S cooking shows, they helped. Still hard. Love it though 🥰 I hope you were really interested cos this is long for a comment and I could have gone on.
I’m Salvadoran, so our Thanksgiving dinner is a fusion of Salvadoran style turkey, corn bread stuffing, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce. For years, we had no idea what to do with cranberry sauce, lol. We finally figured it out. Great vlog and Happy Thanksgiving!

I have a 4 lb Chuck roast going in my 8 qt crockpot here at home. I will make some dinner portions in freezer bags and add them to the Motorhome to thaw as needed. I have a 25 foot Sunseeker on a Ford Transit Van Chassis
Oh my gosh that’s looks delicious 😋 I’ve only used cinnamon in my French toast but I sort of deep fry it in coconut oil. It comes out crispy with a hint of coconut. I’m so used to cooking with coconut oil that I don’t even notice the taste anymore. I definitely need to try your recipe. It looks so good. I like my bacon extra crispy too 👍

I just went shopping today for my meal. Since I really don't eat meat I am having salmon, with collard greens, candied yams and mac and cheese. Not much of a dessert eater but I could go for a peach pie or cobbler. Enjoy your Thanksgiving holiday!

Hi Tiffany, was so happy to see you here today. I love your cooking videos. You made that bacon perfect that is the way I like it, the French toast was the same recipe I use but I also sprinkle it with powdered sugar. If we have cut up strawberries I add that but most times we don't and serve it like yours. Dinner looked terrific. So many good choices to go with that lovely chicken. I'm not a big fan of stuffing but have to admit yours looked tasty. I loved that banana pudding you made. I saw it sitting there and at first was disappointed you were not going to eat it but then you came back and you did. Yum. I would have topped that off with a big swirl of whipped cream and for garnish a little sprinkle of Cinnamon/sugar mix on top of the whipped cream. YUM! I do that to my morning coffee even. Don't know what I'm making for Thanksgiving probably a small turkey breast that is in my freezer, some mashed potatoes, gravy and some corn. It's just the two of us and we don't do much anymore. I love the whole berry cranberry sauce so I'll add that. I have some really fancy cookies I bought at Target so instead of pie I'll have that and he will have a little ice cream. Doesn't sound exciting does it? I'll put this video on and watch it again that day and I'll feel as if I had my Thanksgiving with you. Stay safe Dear one. You are always in my prayers.

i never thought to add the seasoning and veggies to the batter, I am going to try that. I add sugar, vanilla, nutmeg and butter to my sweet potatoes makes them taste like pie. Have a happy holiday!

My favorite dishes for Thanksgiving are candy yams, macaroni and cheese, turkey, mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, green beans and homemade rolls. For deserted I love banana pudding, yellow cake with chocolate frosting, rice custard and vanilla ice cream.

Looks delicious! We made the traditional Thanksgiving dinner: Ham, Turkey, stuffing, sweet potato souffle, green bean casserole, cabbage with ham hock, mac and cheese. One of my favorite desserts is pecan pie and pumpkin cheesecake!
Everything looked delish! I would like to highly suggest that you get some wooden cookware for your pots and pans. The metal of the forks and spoons will scratch the insides of the pots and pans. The wood will totally preserve them. Thanks for allowing us into your world, Tiff! Happy Holidays! 😁🤠😁

Hi Tiffany, was so happy to see you here today. I love your cooking videos. You made that bacon perfect that is the way I like it, the French toast was the same recipe I use but I also sprinkle it with powdered sugar. If we have cut up strawberries I add that but most times we don't and serve it like yours. Dinner looked terrific. So many good choices to go with that lovely chicken. I'm not a big fan of stuffing but have to admit yours looked tasty. I loved that banana pudding you made. I saw it sitting there and at first was disappointed you were not going to eat it but then you came back and you did. Yum. I would have topped that off with a big swirl of whipped cream and for garnish a little sprinkle of Cinnamon/sugar mix on top of the whipped cream. YUM! I do that to my morning coffee even. Don't know what I'm making for Thanksgiving probably a small turkey breast that is in my freezer, some mashed potatoes, gravy and some corn. It's just the two of us and we don't do much anymore. I love the whole berry cranberry sauce so I'll add that. I have some really fancy cookies I bought at Target so instead of pie I'll have that and he will have a little ice cream. Doesn't sound exciting does it? I'll put this video on and watch it again that day and I'll feel as if I had my Thanksgiving with you. Stay safe Dear one. You are always in my prayers.

i never thought to add the seasoning and veggies to the batter, I am going to try that. I add sugar, vanilla, nutmeg and butter to my sweet potatoes makes them taste like pie. Have a happy holiday!

I got turkey legs, and 2 bunches of fresh collards, smoked turkey, and cheese, and macaroni, and fresh sweet potatoes. I'll hit you back tomorrow night and let u know how it came out. I make dressing the same way. 2 to 1 cornbread to stuffing. I add a frozen package of onion, celery, and peppers from Wal-Mart to the stuffing.
It makes the dressing so flavourful! 😋
I'm from Tx and every time u say" Puhcaan" reminds me of home😁, my favorite is the banana pudding. Loved when my mom made it, I always picked out the bananas though, something about that banana texture never hit right with me😂 Happy Holiday , sis.

My favorite dishes for Thanksgiving are candy yams, macaroni and cheese, turkey, mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, green beans and homemade rolls. For deserted I love banana pudding, yellow cake with chocolate frosting, rice custard and vanilla ice cream.

Looks delicious! We made the traditional Thanksgiving dinner: Ham, Turkey, stuffing, sweet potato souffle, green bean casserole, cabbage with ham hock, mac and cheese. One of my favorite desserts is pecan pie and pumpkin cheesecake!

I would like to highly suggest that you get some wooden cookware for your pots and pans. The metal of the forks and spoons will scratch the insides of the pots and pans. The wood will totally preserve them.
