Love Passcode, saw them on their US Tour in NYC. Super fun group!
Glad that you realized the use of pitch correction is meant to add to the overall sound and really separates them from the rest of the crowd. PassCode had a USA tour last year and I had the opportunity to see them in Dallas and they rocked the house!! They have recorded and performed live a few songs without the pitch correction and believe me the girls can sing!

The 16 songs six months ago in Los Angeles California by passcode very impressive ladies band. Taking you song in oen the first played there! Also zepp tour of 2021, the zepp hanada. Trailer. Has exactly the same very impressive song for Taking you out song by passcode for epicness or Passcode band. The live music concert is not hard to find to the utube. I was one of the I am sure multiple commenters who requested Passcode and this performance in particular. Another commenter has already recommended another few Passcode songs so I will leave that to them.
One of the other artists suggested before was Broken By The Scream but I am going to switch the song suggestion to "Koi ha otome no nakidokoro" based on what you liked in this reaction. Whilst they are different to Passcode in some ways they are also a metalcore Idol group. As your favourite aspect of this song was the uncleans I am pretty sure Broken by the Scream would hit for you, at least it seems likely. No pressure though.

Broken By The Scream is on my list to react to at some point. I've gotten several requests now, and its one I'm intrigued to check out. So there will be a reaction to them at some point, possibly soon!

Passcod is awesome, sadly Yuna the screamer is retired rigth now, but Emily the new screamer is quite good and a metalhead of heart and she has the looks, kinda she begin a new era in the band (They did a mini USA tour first time ever, and their biggest show in Japan, so the band popularity is growing) . Try Myth or Groundswell live in the band
Yuna Imada, harsh vocalist, was definitely something special. Sadly she retired in 2021 due to severe anxiety brought on by having an ovarian cyst removed in 2016. The reason why her harsh vocals sound so powerful and menacing is because she didn't need volume help at all from the mic. The only real weakness she had is she only had one real tone and couldn't really deviate much. When Yuna engaged her harsh vocals as long as she had breath left they would never drop.
What's wild is that PassCode was able to replace Yuna with someone just as good but with a completely different skill set. Emily Arima, ex-Ladybaby, was actually able to win over most PassCode fans after her first concert. I would speculate mostly off the back of being able to actually nail this song live no problem. Emily doesn't quite have the on/off switch that Yuna did but Emily actually has a lot of different tones she can use. Emily naturally does the super lows but has worked hard and got herself the normal mid range that most 'core style harsh vocals use but also has a shriek she pulls out live from time to time.
PassCode would most likely still be doing kawaii pop infused with a bit of electronicore if it wasn't for Babymetal. In 2016 Nao Minami, clean vocalist, showed their manager/songwriter/music producer, Koji Hirachi, a video of Babymetal to prove to him that the ladies could still do the entire idol thing while doing heavier music. This lead PassCode to convert to electronicore with a bit of electropop mixed in. Both genres of music heavily use auto-tune on the clean vocals in Japan so it's not exactly a surprise PassCode uses it too.
