I have been a fan of Assaf Avidan for 15 years. He is one of the most diverse and unique artists you will ever find. A special voice, exceptional writing, playing a variety of instruments and having technical control over all aspects of the production. What a pleasure it is to see that people are starting to discover him now and he is getting the appreciation he deserves.
He is the best!!! You must must see his other songs like your anchor/900 days/love it or leave it- it will blow your mind! He is unique and gifted in versatility and creativity and certainly in his mesmerizing voice❤ Bty he is an israeli artist🎉🎉🎉🎉
Great reaction to a great song! Asaf is unique and a true artist in every way : all performances and lyrics are amazing ! All his series , in a box I, II, III are amazing
Funny that you mentioned Ren, he was the one recommending Asaf Avidan on his channel a couple of months ago! That's how I found Asaf and now I'm hopelessly in love 😁 he's got loads of music out there, been an artist for over 15 years, and each song is better than the previous, it feels like. His live stuff in particular! "In a Box" 1-3 are live performances well worth checking out (both albums and videos). So much variety in his music. I really liked your reaction, so happy to see more people discovering Asaf Avidan. I hope you'll do more from him! 🤩
I have yet to see an Asaf Avidan song from the In a Box series that I have disliked. They have all been quite unique yet somehow manage to sound like they belong together. I am relatively new to this journey, but loving every minute of it.

I think you would love his "Her Lies" performance from the "In a Box II" sessions.
Ren led his fanbase to Asaf, and we are so grateful! ❤🔥
Kind of the other way round for me. Although, I saw Ren in the streets of Brighton.

That sounds like a shamisen almost o.O
Do you ever listen to older bands who aren't around any longer but had immense talent?
I do yes! I haven't had many recommendations for those types of artists, but I'm always open to hearing them :D
