What a terrible map for Zerg, unless you do exactly what the Protoss did, terrans could probably defend from the highground. Cheesy map, MaxPax played it pretty perfect, Reynor's ling were all tied up defending, and he didn't catch MaxPax expo to his foreward base. Game 4 was textbook Zerg, disruptors might have been more effective against hydra\lurker zoning storm, Carriers a liability if you're not mining.

They both do more or less the same thing hold the opposing units down and prevent them from interacting with other units like prisms or drop ships. Only difference is fungal allows for damage to take place and does almost as much damage as a HT storm. Sending in a small handful of units ahead of the rest can easily deal with stasis fields.

It's good that the best protoss in the world is losing to a top30 zerg. Maybe that will make Blizzard buff protoss. But who am I kidding. Protoss will never get a buff and continue to never win any tournaments.

Sometimes it can be a tad stale but the charm in oracle openings is how micro intensive they can be to use and also deal with. It’s a rare thing In the early game with so few units on the field.
