    Very good recipe....some variation if I have created these recipes( for first two )are ...
    1. Buttermilk : black salt, roasted Jeera powder, roasted /fried whole black pepper that will come on the surface of buttermilk glass .....to garnish ...fresh green coriander leafs with their small (not hard)branches chopped, a small cherry ..the fruit in between and the branch will touch on to the glass
    2. Sprouts : instead of urad's sprout...small desi Chana sprouts with some steam in open utensil, with some more veggies if u desire..., Roasted peanuts / mungfali dana, some roasted sesame seeds ......to garnish ....fresh chopped green Coriander leafs with soft branches, some pomegranate sprinkled, some kish- mish sprinkled, a lichi at the top in-between the sprouts plate
    Creative food is like Meditation.....U can have the beginning of creative ideas in cooking n garnishing..but u can not have the end of creative ideas on chef's Table..... as Meditation don't have any end.... I can write atleast 5 pages on to this video n recipe... but that will also be insufficient......to be continued...to .... infinity.....

    So...am I the only who has some respect for people and didn't think the of the fat guy as "the fat guy"? Like there are literally people going out of their way to comment about the guy being fat and completely missing the point of the video. Smh people, how old are you now...8? 😠 Much love to you man from someone who actually understands why you are big and how hard it is to lose the weight and keep it off ❤

    • @kiney0713
      @kiney0713 6 лет назад +11

      whaaaat? People talking about stuff should be credible. In the case of folks spouting 'healthy food', they should look 'healthy'. Like folks spouting veganism can't be seen creating meat balls. Stop smoking stuff, faith. Reality should beckon. I am not 8. And you apparently are not either. Stop trying to display HTTA (Holier Than Thou Attitude).

    • @marissadeakyne1583
      @marissadeakyne1583 6 лет назад +14

      kiney0713 excuse me? How is me defending that man a holier than thou attitude??? Sounds to me like YOU'RE the one smoking stuff. Do u know how long it can take someone to lose that kind of weight at a healthy pace? A half pound to a pound a week is recommended, and no more than 4 pounds a week. Seriously, he could have been eating healthier for a year and we not know it cause maybe he was 50+ pounds heavier then. It pisses me off so bad when people BULLY others because of their appearance and I have no problem speaking against it if no one else will. Just cause he is big don't make him worth any less, or mean that he doesn't know what is or isn't healthy. Boy you should of just kept rolling through the comments because what you said was just plan idiotic, so that comment about you not being 8 years old...um yeah, I'm not seeing it.

    • @kiney0713
      @kiney0713 6 лет назад +4

      I was not in anyway attempting to bully anyone. I am calling out what seems to be clearly a 'hypocritical' piece for eyeballs. Like I said, content and delivery should be compatible. In this case, it is not. You do seem to be trying to bully others in keeping quiet about what they think of the piece and your view point is the only one which is credible/kind. Sorry, that won't fly. This delivery is like Kim Jong Un making a piece on how-to-make the world a safer place in 24 hours. Ok, you are not 8. Maybe like a teen making irrational arguments.

    • @marissadeakyne1583
      @marissadeakyne1583 6 лет назад +2

      kiney0713 are u seriously comparing this argument to that? WTF is wrong with you!? ok...first of all. I did not mean you when I was talking about bullying. I was stating my reason for speaking out as to why I made a comment against those other comments to begin with. What those people said was not in anyway something like "I won't take health advice from this person cause I don't think they are credible", it was more like "I bet that fat guy ate all the food after the show" or just plain "he's a fat POS", etc. That would be bullying and those are whom I referring too. But if u are defending those people, that doesn't make you any better. Also, if my wanting to speak my mind and point out the raw truth about how mean people are with examples and reason makes me sound like a teanager then that just proves how messed up peoples minds are. I've been through a lot of shit and I am no where close to teenage age, sooo no. What I said was valid and reasonable and it shouldn't have been questioned. You took it the wrong way, thinking I was referring to the ones whom simply will not take his advice based on his health. That is theor choice and I can understand if someone would not listen to him much because he doesn't look like a good example and therefore may not be credible. That makes sense. But it doesn't make sense, nor is there ever a good reason to go on and mention someone's health in a condescending critical and judgemental way to try to be funny. That shows bad manners, morals and lack of a good character and understanding. Nothing that is aimed to hurt someone is ok.

      Proper Sattvic food is one which does not increase hunger pangs and keeps one energized and nourished. Typically nightshade veggies(Tomato, Chile, POtato, eggplant) , allium veggies(Onions, garlic etc) , fungi and meat are all avoided. Also food should not be cooked in excess heat or oil - no food should look burnt. Food should not be too sweet - honey is junk except as medicine. The taste should satisfy but not create cravings and help achieve one's weight goals.

    Thank you for posting saathvik food with organic ingredients. Turmeric is best medicine along with coconut/oil, which are rich in Medium chain triglycerides. This is a healthy rice dish of healthiest rice navara along with black sesame. This salad is power house made of sprouted grams. You dont need tamasic meat for protein. This salad is easily digestible, assimilating and biologically absorbing protein for a healthy body. Pepper, the black gold is the best spice which is highly alkaline and had great PH balancer for health. This is a great food course, and I wish we can find these in food stalls!
    Onions and garlic are good for health, but not for spiritual evolution and subtle mind. Thank you very much for making time and making this healthy recipe. You people are fortunate to be in God's own country.

    Indian food is accompanied with plenty chutneys & pickles- all healthy if made in the balanced traditional way. Just go back to your Grandma's recipe - plenty whole spices, Ghee & seasonal vegetables & fruits. Plus all cooking on low/ medium flame -the old way. The western influence is not correct as that kind of food is right for colder climates

    God bless. This video is done excellently. Both the participants cooperate with each other and give equal time to each other, which shows a great character. The preparation is displayed in very clear way for easy learning. Since comments are allowed, I am going to take liberty to give only some comments, without tearing down the whole thing. Please forgive me if any body gets hurt. 1. This food is extremely delicious and quite healthy. 2. For a person who eats average Indian diet, this is close to what can be called Sattvic food. 3. The real Sattvic food contains Fruits, Roots, Certain Vegetables, Nuts and Seeds all eaten in Raw Form without any preparation. 4. Non vegetarian food that contains meat is not Tamasika as stated here. Non vegetarian food is Rajasika food and that is shown by non vegetarians or carnivores to be restless and cruel. Tamasika food is the one which is stale, rotten, and over cooked (removing all nutritional value). 5. Sea salt is not a nutritional item, it is used only for taste. It is actually a harmful item. But, it is very common in most cooking because cooking reduces the actual taste of the food. Therefore, one has to be careful with the amount. Because, little bit salt in each dish can add to a lot of salt for one person. 6. Oil when extracted from its original source becomes less healthy than when it is a part of the original food item. Oil in coconut is more healthy than oil when extracted from the coconut. But more importantly, oil when heated becomes really bad. So, one should not heat the oil too much. Also, a little bit of oil can add to the nutrient amount. But, little bit oil in each dish can add to a lot of oil in the whole meal. One should be careful. 7. Sugar when extracted out of any fruit into an isolated sugar solid is not good. This applies to all sugar whether from sugar cane, from coconut, from palm, or from whatever. It is better to use dried fruit instead. 8. It is great that the vegetables in this video are lightly cooked. This is fantastic. However, for a real healthy meal, some raw salad must be present that contains raw leafy vegetables and raw non-starchy vegetables. 9. Sprouts in this meal are definitely very healthy part of the meal. 10. The meal shown in this video is very very healthy considering what an average Indian eats. For the same meal to become more healthy, the items in this meal should be eaten at different times, meaning not eating all of them at one single sitting. One should eat fewer items at one single eating. 11. The proportion of vegetables and raw salads should be almost equal to the rest of the food. 12. Lastly, I want to appreciate this video. It definitely gives a very healthy food for average Indian society. It will also reduce many ailments caused by average Indian diet. And, I again apologize if any one gets hurt with my comments. I hope they take them in a sportive spirit.

    This is nice thank you both. This is Yogi's food. Best food to offer as Bhoga to their Lordships.
    If one controls tongue and body urge of genitals automatically gets controlled.
    Satvik food helps mind and senses stay in control.
    Most ridiculous foods are processed food, all processed food are unhealthy, food is not just for body it is also for mind and soul, what you feed enhances your thought process nowdays people eat lot of rajasik and tamasik food so there is so much sexual urges, lusty desires, anger, greed, cheating, no truthfulness, lot of health issues..
    Vedic lifestyle is to live naturally according to natural clock, feed every senses good food to eye to ears etc and give most time to main purpose of human life which is self realisation - developing lost relationship of love with the God and doing minimum to keep body and soul together. All this Maggi kind of things came due to large over hard work like asses have more and more things and have less and less time for main purpose.
    People use cars, work hard in offices or factories to earn money and save time and pay to gym to loose weight and show off so called health consciousness for body ignoring health of mind and true self soul.
    People not educated in Indian Vedic traditions will not understand the importance unless some foreigners tell them the same thing.

      Vrunda Karyekar as an intrinsic quality chilly stimulates your neuronal system very high for some time and then after some time when it's effect is gone you feel low therefore Ayurveda and spiritual practitioners consider it as a negative pranik food.Its not about where you eat it it's about its intrinsic nature.🙏😊
