Loved this album, but after hearing it for many many times I started to long the first albums, they have such a great contrast and wide range of sounds. You can’t get bored, that’s for sure ❤
I listen to this record as a strange call back to Lee Scratch Perry -as world sounding as they get. Oh to be in the room and hear that tape delay on the snare. Stewart Copland Reggata era.
It's funny you picked up on everybody's laughing. Sounds like Radiohead cuz I think it was an unreleased Radiohead song. It'd be great to hear your thoughts on The Eraser. Thom York solo album if you haven't yet.
Its not my favourite of the 3 Smile albums but when you consider they have recorded and released 28 tracks in what?... 2 years, its an amazing collection of music. IMO the running order of the tracks on this album does not work, I have played around with the running order and found a more 'cohesive' (for my ears anyway) listen, but thats just a silly minor niggle that probably only me gets... 7.5 out of 10 would be my review score for Cutouts.
you wonder did I react to that album? Yes, indeed. and you know what - I reacted to their first album too. IN fact I forgot they had 2 albums out already. I must have blended them in my memory. ruclips.net/video/zDNjBb3BNPc/видео.htmlsi=hmEmjUdWI1YSb8VE

Love your reactions! It would be nice if you did some of Thom Yorke solo albums. Love them!

Oh please expand on this. It is a strange sequence. I would love to hear your track list.
For a long while, I always pictured Tom Skinner as looking like Dean Wolfe instead Tom Skinner looking like Tom Skinner.
Nice reaction as always.
Wall of Eyes?
